This is fantastic perspective. So many key points! If just adding one problem it is that this is based on empowering PM through financial benefits, which really is very difficult in Europe. Take away the empowerment and looking to process is just so attractive.... 🙂

Thanks for your feedback. What do you mean exactly by financial benefits? Paying more for PMs or the company measuring the PMs success by financial KPIs?
