In the blog we learned that Maru's great pleasure is when he can visit other people's houses. That is extraordinary for a cat. It's out of their territory who knows if they have any pets that might be hostile. The human owners are strangers not part of the hierarchy. Maru is still full of surprises after so many years. He basks in the sun with a beer box on his head and Miri at his side but Hana in her own smaller sunspot near by. He only hissed at Miri once only on the first day when she came as a kitten. He is such a loving little guy, Hana must feel a little lonely must find larger sunspot to share.
