This final was Artosis' final cast at the GSL Code S. He's moving to Canada after having lived in Korea for 12 years. Personally going to miss him greatly. I've been watching GSL since the early GOM days, streaming the matches in 240p on the old GOM player. Amazing memories throughout the years and just overall one of the greatest casters, especially together with Tasteless. I can’t imagine watching the GSL without him. He wont leave the scene. He will going to be streaming Starcraft, doing ASL and perhaps even GSL.

Same. I can't imagine Starcraft 2 without Artosis or Tasteless, much less without Tastosis. They're like an archon of casting. I love the other casters but there is nothing like Tastosis. They are truly the undisputed best casting duo in Starcraft 2 history.

The more SC2 I've watched, the more these two casters grew on me. I guess after so many games it's them talking about random shit when the reaper does nothing vs lings that keeps the game interesting. It was probably the happiest and saddest GSL finals I ever watched :')

Really cool build, but extremely hard to execute. I have been doing this build for a while on ladder (before this game) and it's very easy to lose to mass mutas, or early broodlords or just a roach ravager all in. Maru is so much better than me obviously, especially the way he hides his tech. Overall though, the standard play is both better and easier to play from my experience.

I haven't watched starcraft 2 for like 1-2 years till 2 months ago. I spent a lot of time up until now watching vods of all the big tournaments and especially GSLs, all because I wanted to see for myself when maru gets the G5L. My favorite player for quite some time now, and watching all these tournaments makes me realize it again and again. He has the micro. He has the macro. He's terrifying when on the offensive, and he's basically unkillable when defensive. And Artosis. What a great caster. These two are the best IMO.

Truly, this game is a testament to how important infestors are vs. mech. The siege tanks weren't particularly far forward, and the thors would've been ez grabs for a Zerg like RagNaRok. Truly an L, but I can't pretend I wasn't rooting for speed banshees LOL

I just realised that they had the healthbar on damaged and not on selected as usual! This was allways my biggest complaint about the GSL games :D

@@bayasgalantsogtgerel3346 He means the other way around. Health bar for selected units was probably the most annoying thing in observing. It was a legacy mechanic from BW where you had to select units in a group to see the health bar. Many Korean casts and observers happen to be so used to do this since BW, so they did this as well in SC2. They recently changed to showing health bar for damaged units in early this year.
