I stopped buying UVI libraries as the lack of round robin is a deal breaker for me (I really dislike the one shot sample sound). But based on this demo, I think PX Memories might still be worth getting. The warmth and depth is really beautiful in this one.

I only recently got Vintage Vault 3 back in November when it was on sale for a while, but this is definitely my favourite soundbank of theirs. And only $79 which is crazy. Great demo! Cheers :)

Load in UVI Workstation? Install the library, register it (you need an ilok account, not an actual ilok key though) then when its installed just click the file icon and check in the soundbanks folder... should be there if you've installed correctly.

Will this be automatically included in the Vintage Vault 3 package ? because ive been saving up to eventually get the Vintage Vault 3....

No, but they typically release a few of these packs and include them when they next do an upgrade to Vintage Vault... so that would be in version 4. There's usually upgrade options if you do purchase this before then.

@@MarulaMusic That why I was a bit concerned about. If I purchase the PX Memories then find out its already in the Vault , or the other thing about upgrades and pricing. But I guess I missed the sale anyways, so now Ill have to wait a year........ ooh well..... thats what happens when a company is not clear about things. I guess Ill have 12 months to consider it now. :(

@@cesmcmyth I haven't really done a comparison... but PX Memories initally I felt was a lot more usable in general for me. I do love the V8 too but if I have to pick one I'll go with this.

Its a big library too at 28 gigs. I'm sure it'll speed up, noticed on the facebook page they had some issues with the server being clogged up.
