I think, S-presso has the issue of stearing return (self centering) after a sharp turn, which I feel after taking a test drive, yesterday, and it is very weird. You people should emphasize this problem for the awareness of the prospective buyers. Even, Ignis has the same issue, which I took a test drive around one year back. I am not sure if Wagon-R has also the same issue or not. I am going to drive wagon-R very soon to check this issue... No idea about Kwid, because never driven any Renault car so far... Going to take a test drive of Santro soon to check this issue...

S-Presso needs a huge input of accessories for getting an appealing look but for first-time buyers and for middle-class people or for office commuting purposes its a perfect car. I will not comment on built quality bcoz I feel these cars are meant for driving up to the speed of 80 kmph and for that speed its quality is far more than enough.

It depends on your usage and priorities. The S-Presso is better engineered and by far the most engaging to drive. The Santro is better built and offers quality interiors. On the other hand, the Kwid has the best design. I hope this helps you. :)

I think you would like more interior space in your next car now, coming from Alto. That will eliminate Kwid. Can add Wagon R also in list if your use is majorly in city.

I purchased S Presso on 16.01.2019 but was astonished to notice later on that the back light on the back (right side) is lacking. When enquired about the same, I was told that it comes in the same way. Unable to understand the logic. Plz explain if possible.Cant post photo to explain my point here.

When I enquired about the same from the dealer, they only told me that it comes with only one backing light but could not satisfy me with the logic. @@creamthief7 not at all sir, then you have 2 conditions only. Konsa variant hai. Because my vehicle is a vxi plus and November me hi Li hai... So I don't think manufacturing defect hoga. Maybe transport ke time hua hai... Please get it checked ASAP

This car has some deviations from standard. No body ever mentioned that it has a single reverse parking light though space for two is available. The car jack holder is under Driver seat, not within boot space.

Hi, we aren't biased towards any carmaker. While we agree that fit finish of some Maruti cars isn't the best in class, you must also note that Maruti Suzuki makes well-engineered cars. The S-Presso caters to the entry-segment buyers, and for these buyers, fit-finish isn't the top priority.

S Presso will cost a lakh less than WagonR with almost the same space. Boot is more in WagonR and width too. WagonR is a better car but if you're a learner and live in hilly then S Presso can be a good deal as it's 1 lakh lesser and almost same features.
