My XL6 vehicle had multiple issues - OC volve failed after 10000 Kms ran...i was in trichy with maruti service dealer, they couldnt find out , finally i escalated to Maruti to fix it urgently, it was just 1 year old car that time...after that i have break noise issue, I went to bangalore dealer whom i purchased from, they couldnt figure out where the noise coming from , fixed on trial and error method, so far it is fine - i am afraid what else would break within 2 yrs warranty period - i guess Maruti XL6 QC is not doing good job , so better to get Ertiga

Yes sir we understand, it is really irritating that the car is giving such issues. I am not supporting NEXA, but I’ll suggest that if they have fixed that issue and tou are not having the same problem, kindly drive your car at peace on their trust ! Shifting to Ertiga will not solve this problem at all, because NEXA provides slightly more premium services than ARENA. If still in future, you have some issues in the car, you should visit the service centers with comparatively less crowd. It will a hassle for once, but they will look into the problems in much detailed manner. Sir, you have chosen XL6 and it is a decent car with good value for money. If your nature of business can work with paying 2 lacs more than Ertiga and have 1 seat less, than you should definitely go for it. Even government departments have replaced Ertiga with XL6 these days. The city I live in, our city's SP and collector both have been given XL6.

Sir, at this price point no other car offers this much space and comfort in all three rows. Next option you can look for is Innova, which is quite high in price. Considering the safety points, except Tata & Mahindra, almost every car has got around 3 star safety and 2 airbags. Kia Carens is also an option, but the body quality is quite light as compared to XL6. I am using XL6 since 2.5 years, driven more than 55,000 kms, I dont find any discomfort. I would definitely recommend this MPV.

Hello sir ! You will not feel lag while driving at all. As XL6 is MPV by nature, it has got linear pickup. Telling you from my experience, i have taken the car speed till 145 kmph with 5 persons, car didn’t struggled in terms of power. But above 120 kmph, it feels like the car is loosing its stability and firmness on ground.

Hello sir, it is a myth that carriers are specially allowed only for commercial cars in India. Even private cars can install luggage carriers without any legal consequences. Since the RTO does not prohibit carriers in our country, it is not an offense to travel by your luggage tied on the roof of your car. Even Maruti Alto can have a luggage carrier on top and travel intra-states.

16 inch tyres lagwane se thoda mileage drop to aayega hi sir, par itna considerable nahi hoga. Hardly 1 km/L. Shifting to 16 inches will definitely increase your riding performances such as braking, road grip etc. This will also decrease the road noise from tyres because generally maruti provides average quality tyres. You should definitely go for tyre upgrade.

Considering only space, marazzo was a good MPV but considering all other aspects such as fit & finish, engine refinement, exterior looks etc, I didn’t find that car worth buying ! Also, most of Marazzo owners have complaint of rattling noise in 1st year purchase. I think thats the reason Mahindra decided to discontinue that car. Compare XL6 with Renault Triber?

Triber is a decent 7 seater but as both the cars falls in different segments, there are few points to understand : 1. Triber comes in half the price of XL6. 2. Triber is a sub compact MPV whereas XL6 is full size MPV. 3. 3rd row seating in triber is quite compromising, whereas XL6 excels in 3rd row in the whole segment. 4. Triber owners generally have a complaint of low power while driving with full load capacity, no such thing in XL6. Sir, basically you are talking about totally different segment. If you are tight on budget and still need a 7 seater, go for Triber ! If you can stretch your budget by double, go for XL6. And, if budget is no constraint at all, Innova is the best MPV available in the Indian market ! Feel free to comment, if you still have any question. That is a good question sir. I'll try to highlight key differences : 1. XL6 is 8-12mm wider, longer and higher than Ertiga in dimensions. 2. XL6 has black interior with granite finish, Ertiga has Beige color interior. 3. XL6 comes with captain seats in middle row, Ertiga has Bench seat. 4. XL6 has LED headlights and Ertiga has projector headlamps. If I forgot to mention any other differences, kindly let me know in the comments section.

It totally depends on your choice of colour sir. XL6 already has a decent mileage considering its a petrol engine MPV. Dark shades are comparatively hard to maintain, light shades like white, silver gives the vehicle a larger appearance. Personally, i dont find XL6 that much appealing in black colour. If i would have the option just for myself, definitely I would have chosen Bolero Neo. Bolero Neo is a sub 4 meter SUV whereas XL6 is a decent length MPV. Please do tell us your final decision.

Sir, second row AC ki performance bahut hi badiya hai. Third row me ac nahi aata hai, but second row ka ac piche tak bhi bahut effectively kaam karta hai. Aaj tak koi dikkat nahi huyi. Iske rear me ek proper ac unit hai with coils, not just blower.

Mileage depends on which type of traffic and roads conditions you drive on. 6-7 mileage in city is considerably less. You should try resetting your average after every full tank. Kindly do this for 2-3 full tanks, i think it should work. If you still face the same issue please let us know again. We would like to get in details of it.

1. Mileage I would not say that XL6 has got best of mileage but still, averaging 12-13 in city and 17-18 on highways cannot be considered as less. Other 7 seaters with 1500 cc Petrol engine are hardly able to match this. 2. Build Quality XL6 has been awarded 3 star NCAP safety rating. If you will drive the car, you will not feel that the build quality is not good. Maruti Suzuki have been working drastically on its build quality lately. Even Baleno has got thicker metal sheets now. Yes sir. We will try to put up a video about it soon. Although, considering XL6 in CNG would be pricey call ! 1. Initially you’ll have to pay 1 Lac extra for the same petrol model, and the increasing prices of the CNG is also a concern. 2. The availability of CNG pumps is not that much wide in majority of the areas.
