Fun play through I had a lot of problems with claw when I first started playing cause he has so many fiddly bits with the schemes and minions. Got some more rules stuff for you if you are interested again tried to move things you asked about specifically higher in the order. I don't think you were aware of the rules reference on this one yet but all the page number refer to the rules reference. Always enjoy your content and with the rules stuff I post as always feel free to ignore it. (editing to also say part of why I am doing this is cause its good for refreshing my memory on the rules.) New Rules stuff: - Confused does stick around when you shift the villain from one phase to the next. page 42-43 under villain defeat. - When you shuffle the player deck you deal one encounter card to the player to be resolved at in the villain phase. page 31 - There was a turn you were thinking about playing 4 allies but didn't mention the ally limit so more a reminder for anyone playing you can only have 3 in play. if you play a new one you have to remove 1 ally in play. page 6 - You refer to minions taking consequential damage but that damage is only for allies, the star means they have an ability that triggers off the attack or scheme action. Now I say this but you never actually resolve it like this so this is here more as a if any viewers where confused by the wording message. page 12 - And there are a couple of times you don't know what a rule is Champions always go with the grim rule (page 4) which basically choose what sucks more for you at the time. That being said, play the game your way and do what feels more fun for you. Reminders: - couple of turns you forgot the base threat. it happens not really a big deal. - remember your hero powers and remember you don't have to tap! Captain marvel is pretty good at cycling your cards and staying in the fight with them. (Honestly You might have been using carols ability but wasn't sure so just leaving this here, ignore if I am wrong) - Minions don't get boosts it makes a big difference in difficulty haha. Well they do in one cause but I don't think it is present in the starter box. - Careful about boost icons on schemes they can be hard to see cause of the difference in the art. But it happened on one of the attacks, not that it changed the outcome here. - Masters of Mayhem is a werid card so I pulled its text below: search page 36 When Revealed: Each Masters of Evil minion attacks the hero it is engaged with. If no attacks were made this way, search the encounter deck and discard pile for a Masters of Evil minion and put it into play engaged with you, then shuffle the encounter deck. Search actually allows you to look at both the encounter deck and the discard to find the minion with master of evil keyword you want to fight. so its a pick your poison situation. makes the event not as bad, and its also why you have to shuffle the encounter deck later.

I'm happy to see you playing champions. By far my most played favorite game. A couple small mistakes that make the game harder for you lol. Your right it becomes second nature after abit. Minions don't draw boost cards unless they have the keyword villianous ( which is faiy rare and not in the core box i don't beileve)They also activate after the villain before encounter card/phase. Don't think it really impacted anything in the match tho. Good game. Love to see more
