Angel is up there with Drax, in terms of a solid(ish) pre-con out of the box. But is probably an A-tier hero in almost any aspect. Psylocke I think is better suited in MP, which isn't a bad thing, but I feel is a tad underwhelming played straight out of the box. I look forward to X-23 and Deadpool later this month. Glad you guys are still covering MC content and releases!

Excellent review Roy. Will definitely be getting Angel and Deadpool when he's available but after that Im not sure as I have more than enough heroes to play with 🙂. Roy have you thought about doing a stream of your top ten Marvel Champions heroes and Villains?

Angel is up there with the likes of Captain America for sheer power and versatility from the get-go. So much fun to be had with Avian Anatomy and Metamorphosis. Psylocke is less fun I think, certainly in true solo.

I have not read the comics since the 90s, but I do not remember Warren being able to change into Angel or Archangel at will (he was stuck as Archangel for a while after being transformed by Apocalypse), so it seems kind of weird?
