The thing which I like about marvel is that you get the basic fans who have only seen the movies then you get the fans who have seen the movies and the tv shows like AofS and inhumans who understand the backstories and the complexity of the MCU and after that you get fans who have seen the films, watched the tv shows and read the comics. No matter what you watch or read, you will always have an understanding of the MCU which I find quite clever.

If you watch only the first 6 movies in the MCU (the complete Phase 1) and listen to and analyze all written dates presented and mentioned you'll find that the events of The Avengers, and hence The Battle of New York, take place sometime in 2010. While other sources have claimed the movie took place in 2012 there is no such indication in any of the Phase 1 movies that it did such. However there is concrete evidence that supports the events taking place in 2010 found within the mentioned movies.

FYI : Actually ... We learn in AoS Season 6 that the Monolith is not Kree. The Inhumans seemed to believe that, but it comes from another world, a planet far away inhabited by kinda "immaterial beings", and there are Three Monoliths : Space (this one), Time and Creation. So the Inhumans used it to send Hive somewhere else (Maveth), but they didn't know where this monolith came from. :)

I do hope Red Skull will return one day and bring Hydra back with him. But with a potential Red Skull return you could once again see a new age of Hydra with Red Skull as a God symbol for them. Because who knows what he has gotten his hands on. I'm pretty sure he didn't die... I would guess he ended up somewhere far out there where he had to fight to survive with a pay off far greater when what he ever wanted to achive on earth. And one day he returns with his own newly formed Hydra from space and with Powers to challange even Gods. Don't know if that has ever happened in the comics. But i do strongly belive that the MCU is at a point now where they can with the best contiens start doing original things more and more. I would love to see the movies strt doing things wich eventually the comics will start to adapt. Something that has happened a little from what i understand.

So hydra just died out? That's it, my fav villian organization completely flops in every thing they do? kinda disappointing in my opinion. I think it would be pretty interesting to see what would happen if the bad guys won.

Yes, it was last season when the Framework Arc took place, when we got to see what it would be like if Hydra won. Season 3 was about fighting Hive and wiping out Hydra for good, as well as the introduction of the Watch Dogs.

Died out? More like Wiped Out, didn't you watch the video? SHIELD and the Avengers pretty much stomped MCU Hydra out of existence. Ironically, Hive (whom MCU hydra was formed to worship) helped in this regard, what with him killing off remaining Hydra leaders left and right. Despite all this, like the narrator said near the end of the video, there are still loyal Hydra operatives in hiding (Arnim Zola killed only one of them), so if they get their act together Hydra could rise again. Grant Ward tried to do that, before he got sidetracked by Malick's Hydra faction and ended up as host for their "god" Hive.

You know I just realized something, now that we have the knowledge of the tesseract being the space stone. Do think one of Hydra's plans was to use it to bring back Alveus or did they even know about its teleporting properties.

Most of the stuff from this video is from Agents of Shield TV show. You should watch it, it's a really great show and an important show for the MCU.
