Actually she didn’t gain anything from absorbing him. She became the true darkhold to become a physical prison for him. She’s only amplified in her power now because she’s learned to master her years of pain and suffering and couple that with her knowledge of and skills with magic. Cthon’s basically just stuck in her soul.

Something that I think should be noted is that Cthon didn’t create Chaos Magic, he took bits of it and tainted them to use with his own dark magic. Once he was imprisoned after Scarlet Witch beat him in the last story arch where he possessed her, his influence on chaos magic was broken and he was only able to wield his own dark magic. Chaos Magic is in fact a cosmic entity that was born from a residual spark from the Big Bang and is the very force that gave birth to all magic and mystical energies.

The thing was this happened billions of years ago when the world was a baby. They were far less powerful back then. The more time they have, the more powerful they become. And the God Eater has already consumed most of the gods who turned into devils so he was already too OP and Chthon stalemate him. That is very impressive

When he was Atum, he was pure and good but the more he slayed the Elder Gods who became demons and absorbed their powers, the more his appearance turned into a monstrous one and got more powerful, and became the Demogorge. Demogorge is a God-Eater This is the version Chthon and Set fought separately. Their battle continued for millions of years until they escaped

This would imply that all witches are mutants. Pietro can be explained by either also having the x gene from the start or wanda basically rewriting pietro's cells during the stark missle incident on accident like she did with Monica Rambaeu. Taadaa, she can create mutants. Later, she can learn to reverse this and take away the x gene. There is no rule in the x men series saying you must be born from parents with the x gene to possess the x gene.

However, im pretty certain they will bring the x men in via the multiverse. They are implying that Wanda is basically a mutant with powers at birth and the mind stone helped her realize her powers and they are also implying that Wanda's powers gave Spectrum her powers by rewriting her cellular makeup, thus giving Wanda the ability to create superheros. Let's also not forget that White Vision is powered by Wanda's residual power from the drone. She may not create mutants per se but she definitely has the ability to create super heros by that logic alone. Edit: had to go back and verify some stuff after writing up my reply.

Heroes ALWAYS lets go of Cosmic level power. ... anyway, in the recent Darkhold series, SPOILER, Wanda absorbed the Darkhold and Chthon himself. so, she has the power of an Eldritch God now. If the Darkhold series happened before the Trial of Magneto storyline, then it explains the EPIC thing she created for the Mutants. Wanda created an Afterlife, kind of like a heaven or Elysium or Valhalla. An Afterlife astral dimension specifically for Mutants. Wanda then folded time and space to have that Mutant Heaven have access to the souls of ALL the Mutants who have ever existed in history. She connected the Mutant Heaven astral plane to Cerebro, so that the souls of the mutants could be placed in cloned bodies so that they could be ressurected. The Mutants already had a way of ressurection via their memories getting backed up in the Cerebro data base, the problem back then was that theres always a danger that the memory backups might get destroyed or corrupted, which it has multiple times. And also, they only memory back ups they had was only from after they invented Cerebro, as in if the Mutant existed and died before the invention of Cerebro, then theyre forever dead. Wanda just solved that problem by making an untouchable astral realm that has ALL the souls of all mutants ever. So they ressurected THUNDER BIRD! woooo! anyway, yeh, Wanda has godlike power now, but shes still mortal. But, she can highjack the Mutant ressurection system to ressurect herself, which she did.

Cthon beats Mephisto, no questions asked and no doubt about it. Wanda is definitely more powerful than Agatha and should win that fight. However, Agatha is incredibly aged and experienced. Her knowledge would probably lead to victory. Unless Wanda gets mad and her powers take over. If that happens, it's game over for Agatha. No clue about Vision and Cataract tbh. Monica... just like comic Wanda, comic Monica Rambeau is severely OP. I don't think marvel will be able to showcase Monica's power levels in the MCU. Think of Captain Marvel 3.0 (stronger, faster, and more powerful in every way... including more abilities).
