We all love the X-Men and I'm sure you've heard of Magneto, Cyclops and Professor Xavier, but they don't even come remotely close to the most powerful mutants to exist in the history of Marvel Comics. So in this video I'm giving you that list, but keep in mind I'll probably make another video if this list needs to be updated.

Charles doesn't have access or control of the upper limits of his power without the aid of cerebral or some other focus. I think (but i'm not 100% sure) his fight with The Shadow King is stated as stunting him in some way. But also he states to both Emma Frost and to Jean Grey that they have the power to be much more powerful than he ever could be, and both as they currently are have been shown to be. But also yes. People deff need to start respecting our girl Storm more haha

Prince Of Thrulls - yeah it happened at some point in the comics, Xavier used to be able to access the minds of people across the whole world. Magneto shifted the earths magnetic field slightly which disrupted xaviers powers and weakened them

I will never understand how Storm is below Magneto especially since she's been confirmed a Goddess. She has his same power of being able to manipulate magnetic fields due to her ability to manipulate the electromagnetic spectrum. On top of this she manipulates all the energies governing the weather, that goes into electrical energy, electromagnetic, kinetic, thermal, solar, and chemical all down to the molecules. Theres quite simply more on her plate than Magneto's, without even adding the side of her magical potential and Godhead ascension. This isn't even going into the fact that Storm being able to adapt to different environments gives her varying power, sometimes to the point of healing a rift through space and time after defeating thousand year old elemental beings and summoning the entire power of the galactic core. Also the feat mentioned for Magneto that he made an emp that disrupted the planet is false, the planet's magnetic field was already fractured and Magneto striking it caused it to issue that pulse, that was not under his power so he doesn't even have a planetary feat, he has needed boosts to do a lot of his best stuff.

Storm used cosmic winds to fly in Uncanny X-Men #98 when the X-Men were breaking into Steven Lang’s space station. When she realized that she was implanted with a Brood embryo, she used cosmic winds to destroy her escape pod in Uncanny X-Men #156. She bombarded the Silver Surfer with cosmic energy when he attacked her in space when she and Black Panther joined the Fantastic Four in issue 540-something in 2006/2007. In that same FF issue, there were five other heroes (Dr. Strange, Silver Surfer, Ben Grimm, Black Panther and Human Torch) trying to save Eternity (The character) who was dying. Someone had to hold Eternity’s spirit so Dr. Strange could perform a healing spell and the only two people who could do it without dying or going mad were Dr. Strange & Storm. Dr. Strange cast the spell, and Storm held Eternity’s spirit with no ill effects. She can definitely manipulate cosmic energy.

I forget which comic book it was but Storm was able to control the and Thor's hammer Thor's hammer is made by a metal that can contain a solar storm so powerful it would destroy our solar system and Oden with the help of the elves literally used that metal to channel that power into the hammer that later on Thor uses.so when that storm broke out in one of the alternate universes storm literally use her abilities to control that storm. It's been awhile since I read it but I think it was in one of the Black Panther comic books

storm has demonstrated control over celestial storms.... during the brood saga she harnessed the solar winds as well as cosmic energies to destroy them... technically, storm's power isn't to control the weather the way many people think, she manipulates the energies around herself which tends to manifest as weather phenomenon... that's why her power adapts to her environment (e.g. under water she controls water currents, in space cosmic storms etc.) Exodus is an omega level telekinetic, not an omega level telepath... white phoenix of the crown (any phoenix tbh... jean being an anomaly since on some level she and the phoenix are one but at the same time separate) shouldnt count on the list, because the phoenix is a cosmic entity that can empower people.. so it's not under their own powers...

Magneto controls electromagnetism, not just magnetism. There have been times when Magneto used his powers to block Storm's ability to fully control the weather... making her unable to influence lightning and some such. I'll have to look it up to get the full explanation, but I remember this happening back in the 90's one time very clearly and I'm pretty sure of one other time. Magneto had just rolled up on the X-Mansion and had everyone at a stand still with his powers. Bishop was slowly charging up because electromagnetism is energy and that let him let a powerful blast out to distract Magneto. Magneto can create force fields that withstand nuclear blasts. So yes.... he is above Storm. I LOVE Storm and she's one of my favorite characters... but Magneto is far more powerful in terms of scope of his powers and what he can do with them.

This isn't even going into the fact that she has his some power of the electromagnetic field, meanwhile he can't control the energies governing the weather. She quite simply has more on her plate, and did more impressive things in terms of power before she ascended to godhood. A lot of his power feats required a boost, even the instance they mentioned (stopping her from accessing her powers) is one of them.

Storm has been able to control cosmic winds and solar flares. She has been able to channel the power of an entire galactic core during the brood saga. She has also been able to control hydrogen atoms to form lightning in space that hurt the Silver Surfer. When she was about to burst from hearing the news of Logan’s death, she and Beast rushed out of the planet because she could not control her emotions and was scared she will annihilate the entire planet. Once they were a safe distance from the Earth, she went all out and produced auroras that were visible to everyone. That was just merely because of her grief. But cosmic control aside, she has atomic control of the individual elements. Her control over electricity alone has shut down entire spaceships, generated EMPs which is Magneto’s specialty, and has control over brain synapses. She KO-ed Mr. Sinister by just doing this. Imagine if she pulls that off to anyone that can die. It was just a clench of her fist as well, no effort. Not to mention her controlling the air in your lungs, flash freezing your insides, manipulating air in your ears to knock you out (she did this versus Tchalla when he was possessed by the SK), creating thin lines of air to lessen the volume of sound in a club, creating jovian pressure fields on Earth but with a strength of the one from Jupiter, etc. People dismisses her a lot but they don’t know shit because they don’t read comics. I am not even going to start with her being an actual goddess in Black Panther. She seems to get more power the more people ‘prays to her’ and has defeated Adversary because of it. A team-busting villain that once killed all the X-Men and only got resurrected by Roma.

If I know the instance your talking about (80s) then he was boosted mate. Storm recently was the only one in Uncanny able to affect Nate infused with Legion with Magneto and dozens of X-Men present, hes not the only one who has been effective against strong opponents. Name anything he did that is obviously above these feats (without being boosted this time): - Creating a global green house effect to the old the earth from solar falres. - Surrounding the planet with solar energy for 4 hours just because she was mourning. - Summing the entire power of the galactic core - Overpowering a gods control. - When her spirit was sent to Limbo she held off Death - After her godhead sas unlocked she defeated Adversary, a being who was only susceptible to metal and strong magic.

Legion is essentially a god mutant but only in a finite area, if Storm is in the same location as Legion he can essentially conjure up a personality that can negate her weather manipulation, he’s like the Phoenix of the white crown just on a much smaller scale.

Storm is not omnipotent or overpowered like the other omegas but what i love the most about her power is how terrifying and majestic the results are. She is a sculptress of the atmosphere and her power displays not only deadly for her enemies but also beautiful too look at. It is a force of nature that close to our reality so it is a lot easier for us to imagine the potential that could happen in her world.

Azka AI storm is one of those Omega mutants you can't truly Define on how powerful she is for one (correct me if I'm wrong) but she's scared of her powers to a degree so I'm pretty sure that severely nerfs her capabilities alone. secondly Marvel Comics has never given her or has succeeded in giving her a truly definitive storyline or Ark regarding her powers and her learning to utilize them to their Max potential unlike some other X-Men characters. I do not see why so many people are against her. She ONCE CONTAINED ALL OF ETERNITY. It was during Storm and Black Panther's first mission with the Fantastic Four before they had officially joined the team that Storm showcased her Omega-level power, though it wasn't with a showy display of power. The FF, Silver Surfer, and Doctor Strange realized they needed to effectively perform surgery on the cosmic being known as Eternity with Storm acting as life support. With Eternity acting as the personification of existence, his essence was required to be placed in another vessel while Doctor Strange performed cosmic surgery. It is revealed that only Strange himself and Storm have the "strength of spirit" required to survive, and Ororo volunteers. She is able to withstand the immense energies of Eternity and existence was saved thanks to Storm. She Even Struck down the Silver surfer in space by collecting hydrogen atoms and pressurizing them around Silver Surfer in order to create an atmosphere around the cosmically powered character so she could strike him with a powerful lightning bolt, stunning the herald of Galactus and proving herself as one of the most powerful mutants around.

Exodus is confirmed to be omega level Telekinetic not telepath. Ororo and mags should be tied to varying degrees. With Ororo leading due to the fact that she can manipulate the EM spectrum just like magneto. Everything Mag's powers set possess Ororo could do as well. But the same is not said for the reverse.

Storm’s powers are way more vast & powerful in the comics than they EVER where in the cartoons, and I think that’s the biggest wedge in the “Is Storm Omega?” Convo. Also, her personality is in complete contrast of being a “planetary threat” she is actually Mother Nature embodied meaning she’d take her own life before destroying a planet. Regardless, I believe Storm is truly Omega due to her being a confirmed Goddess & also being praised as a God in Africa. I don’t think there’s another person in Marvel who has that feat on Earth, imagine a whole continent of people praying to you when in need that’s actually what constitutes how strong a God is energy wise.

But Storm herself has no real formal training in the mystic arts. Any mystical related fest Storm has ever done has been purely instinctual. Also, that fight with Wonder Woman was based off fan votes so not really something that Storm can really add to her resume.

Just looking at her powers of weather control, Storm is severely downplayed. I don't think most of the characters in the MCU, especially the ones who aren't indestructible and can't fly could beat her. A tornado will kill a non-flyer and a severe hail storm would damage the fight right out of most heroes and villains, if they could actually survive softball sized hail propelled by super fast hurricane winds!

Storm is an Omega level+ mutant. At one point, she created hyperstorms around the globe, and her mutant power adjusts to whatever planet shes on. There's a reason why men like Doom and Forge tried to get with her. Jean Grey is an Omega level telepath, not an Omega level telekinetic. No Phoenix powers, she's nothing. I think its that no ones ever written Storm in God-mode as they've written the other. I'd put Proteus up there as well. Essentially it comes down to the writer and most writers simply don't know how to write Storm.

The answer is none because it doesn't measure overall athletic ability, just skill at pro football. The power level scale was first proposed by a politician arguing that mutants were dangerous. Xavier co-opted the term when considering students for his school. It was refined by an evil robot programmed to kill mutants. Then some aliens started using it based on data they hacked from government computers on earth (with the X-men filling in some nuance). Omega Level Mutants aren't the only heavy hitters in Marvel but, in the comics, Omega level is almost exclusively applied to mutants.
