Fun fact: the smaller guns are downscaled versions of 2 Nerf blasters: the Barrelbreak from the N-Strike series and the Vagabond from the Doomlands series.

I would like to mention that some people (like yours truly) have much bigger heads than other people. So maybe Cable's big ol' bone structure includes him having a big noggin.

except we know what cables looks like... if anything his head is exceptionally small compared to his body. using that and making him as realistic as possible, we have to give him a body builder look which is an average to small head and big muscles.

Big fan of cable... And yes I am getting this figure but idk if anyone noticed but the two smaller guns are modeled after nerf guns cause I have those guns hahahaha...not a bad thing just really cool

The only problem with this wave is you can't find them any where , hard to collect if you can't buy them. Otherwise you're right , it's one of the most impressive wave that hasbros released in a long time . Had Hasbro put someone other than paladin , this would have been perfect. Also I know that someone will say just buy online . Problem is I can't drop that much money at one time , as well as not really wanting all of them.

Spot on review I really like the figure but I wish it had an extra trigger finger left hand to have him dual wielding the two shrunken Nerf Blasters.

Just got my hands on this figure and i dig it. But i am disappointed about it not having trigger fingers on both hands or the option to do so. I thought about kit bashing his left hand with the x men wave shatter star. Think that will work?

The only thing that is stopping me from purchasing this Cable is the small gap between his scalp, and his hair I hate seeing that on figures I prefer when the hair is actually molded with the rest of his head.

I find that is the case sometimes, the solid waves will have the crappy BAF's where crappy waves will have the BAF that everyone wants. Just depends on how many body molds they can re-use.

I'm bigger on the BAF in a series than the figures most time but a Beast BAF would have killed this whole wave. PS also dump Paladin for like a new Lady Deathstrike, let see them pass on finger articulation then.

That's exactly the issue not just with this legend but most of Hasbro's legends. They keep sculpting the heads too big. It's like they sculpt it w/o taking consideration of how it will actually look on the specific body mold they are going to use until after and by then it's too late. So many of these figures look terrible bc of the head sculpt sizes. It's especially noticeable with the upcoming venom and magneto figures. Those look especially terrible.

With the photoshop, I'd say it's a little too small. Maybe 2-4% would have been more proportionate.
