He is my first Marvel Legends figure and holy crap, this thing is phenomenal. The articulation is good enough, the interchangeable heads are awesome. Sculpted details and paintwork is top notch for a Hasbro figure! My only complaint is that there are no interchangeable hands and/or accesories like some symbiote axes or blades. But overall I'm so happy with it! I think my next Marvel Legends figure will be either Venom from the same wave or Iron Man mark 3 from upcoming Infinity Saga wave.

I personally still like that Absorbing Man wave Venom, in a neutral pose he looks awkward, but once you pose him up he still looks really nice. All that being said, Hasbro DEFINITELY needs to revisit classic Venom with ideally a completely new sculpt like Spider-Man and Carnage, with sculpt detail all over for the symbiote goop, as well as butterfly joints and drop-down hips

Just got this Carnage on Tuesday and I really like it. I've always had some nostalgia for the old Bucky Cap Carnage because it was my first Marvel Legends figure, but it really hasn't aged well. This new Carnage is better in almost every way, and the recent Phage figure makes my old Bucky Cap Carnage obsolete. Like you said, the only thing holding this new Carnage back is the lack of accessories. Considering how this is a brand new sculpt with practically no room for reuse for other characters, it would make sense to rerelease this Carnage with some blades, axes, etc. As for Venom-Pool, yes, go for it. All the way. I never bothered to buy so many figures just to make a BAF before, but this Venom Pool is an exception because it's so incredible. The only characters I care about in this wave are Carnage, Phage, and Venom; the latter of which doesn't even have a BAF part. I'll definitely be selling off the other figures, but this wave was worth it for this amazing Venom-Pool. :D

This carnage would be over the top if it came with weapons like the other version. Im still gonna get it now after seeing reviews and the figure in hand. Was only gonna really get Venom but need this to. Spider-Man 2099 needs an update. I remember seeing a comic of 2099 where he had a white suit and looked badass. A future foundation Spider-Man we need to as well as Madame Web

A great Venom classic figure in my opinion would be from one of my All time Original Favorite SpiderMan animated tv shows *Spiderman Unlimited* where venom had a nice build with the shiny clean look and the *SYMBIOTE SPIKES* I also want that deluxe 2020 venom figure he looks bad ass

Really awesome figure. Still might pick the mafex carnage cause I do prefer the more classic carnage design with weapons. But if you don’t wanna spend 100 dollars than I recommend this. Also you can use the axe from the previous carnage.

Looking back at this it's still a great figure, made my top 10 Marvel Legends of 2020, but I'm still eyeing that MAFEX version, that has tonnes of accessories and is closer to my mind's eye of Carnage, but I'll probably keep this as the Absolute Carnage so if I ever pick up the MAFEX one it'll be like a mini 'evolution of the character' on my shelf.

I Love Carnage he is my Number 1 Favorite SYMBIOTE plus I don't own not one Carnage to me in my opinion it would be great to own at least 3 different Versions because I have about maybe five or six venoms and I want to build up my SYMBIOTE Family a lot more that's why I also want Scream, Lasher,Phage, Posion, and Toxin the 2020 version I hope I'm correct about the last one but anyways yeah that's just me

I wonder if I could mod some Amazing Yamaguchi Carnage parts onto this. From the comparison shot the color looked a bit darker, but could probably be fudged through lighting or a slight dark wash on the Marvel Legends one.
