Since 90% of the figures have to be ordred online nowadays, I couldn't care less what they come in. Hell, give me versions that are $5 less that are shipped in a plastic bag at this point.

I like that he's more beefed up than the previous version. Costume id interesting, but would ne better with shading. Not keen on the dated ab crunch, neck hinge etc. Hasbro need to take a shufty at what Jada's done with their Street fighter figs's articulation: ball joints at the waist and diaphragm, plus tuey can all do the splits. The thighs could do with bulking up too. The Don't look much thicker than the calves.

Deathlok's pistol or Yon-Rogg's blaster would look good with this TAS Chameleon. They have a close resemblance to the guns he used in the show and the former kinda matches the one that came with the vintage figure. Retro Mysterio's translucent green head could be used as a partially transforming Chameleon.

We need a better animated Rhino. They should put it on the skaar/Caliban/Puff Adder body and give him some hulk feet. and new animated heads. The last Rhino is more comic based with Hoof feet and has texture on his body which in the animated series looks quite smooth and I hope mysterio that is cartoon accurate with his cape mounted to his body like the xmen 97 magneto.

I bought them from a seller in Hong Kong that I’ve used for years and gave them to Dan for Christmas. RobotKingdom should have them in stock by next week also from Hong Kong and KrauseriiHK has them tomorrow, also Hong Kong. Hopefully should show up in USA and Europe by the end of January. Wow, the Chameleon bio on the back is all sorts of wrong. It probably should have read something like "The son of the infamous Red Skull, Chameleon is a master of disguise and member of the Insidious Six. But all of that means nothing when confronted by the Amazing Spider-Man!"

No its not wrong. Just because it has an image of the Spider-Man TAS retro card it does not mean its from the TAS series. Many of the Spider-Man retro card figures aren't from the tv show, even though it looks like it from it. This is the comic book Chameleon, that's why it has the J. Jonah Jameson mask. If you ever seen the TAS show, he never once had that mask for any reason.

I don't get why they gave him that mask accessory. In the cartoon he never used such masks and just fully transformed using his belt and then his own abilities.

If they were going to give him guns, they could have at least made them be the guns from the cartoon and allow for laser effects. Personally, I would have rather had open hands over the old guns.

The figure doesn't look that good because the bottom half ruins it. Well, besides the decades old antiguated articulation that hasbro keeps giving to ML figures, ab crunches, waist swivels, neck disk. For some reason they seem alergic to barbells that not only look and function better, but the entire industry uses, outside them. The legs look really bad and give the whole figure a pretty poor look. Not only are they tubular looking, the thighs are the same width as the calves and worst of all, as the knees. There's no proper musculature, no sliming at the knees. Just a straight line from top to bottom, which really messes up the aesthetics. They've done it to a ton of their figures, but this time its even weirder than usual, because the hips seem to share the same width and lines with the legs. It looks so bad and weird, you look at the hips, right from bellow the belt and its a straight, smooth line until his ankles. Where are the leg muscles ? The girth ? The comic character proportions ? Why doesn't the leg slim down at the knees, like actual humans ? The figure looks so bad, its amazing how poor of a job they did. 4/10
