OMG!!! These figures look amazing. You are correct, the face sculpts almost look on par with S.H. Figuar;ts they turned out simply stunning... It's funny if you go back a year or two and Hasbro was just resting on their laurels dialing it in. Then something happened. I'd like to think declining sales or a set of morals finally kicked in and Hasbro went into overdrive. They finally started giving us the high quality we knew they were capable of and that we deserve. So for now at least the sky's the limit. This past year has been one of the best for legends in a long time. I truly hope they can keep it up. Because for now I'm more than happy to give them my money. If they do start to mess up they ought to be locked in a room and forced to play with Mattell super hero figures lol...

They mostly do have good sculpts... They just consistently mess them up with a lack of paint or just bad paintjobs. Repaints by talented customizers have shown this time and again.

Hasbro really stepping up their legends game this year. I don't think I've gotten a figure that I dislike from them. Their Guardians are especially amazing and I will absolutely ignore and SHF GotG figures for these legends.

I bought Angela and was thinking about finishing the Titus wave and now minus star lord because I'm now buying this wave and then going to get the toys r us exclusive groot. I hate buying doubles and variants I don't have a lot of room. I'm so hyped right now thanks for an awesome review Robo.

Yeah, I'm against getting doubles, like I'm trying to figure out how to get Ego without getting yet another Star-Lord, but I like variants. Even if it is just a longer coat on Quill. So weird.

Yeah the both look great and especially at the price they are. Don't get me wrong, I know the Figuarts and Mafex etc... will have extra hands, heads, accessories but they've got some work to do to beat these. Hmmm, maybe I can justify getting some...

I got them too! They are fantastic! I like the height. Wish they had double elbows. I've been waiting for some news outlet to talk cuz I wanna geek out too! I had to buy the 5" fig to get Nebula's swords. The flexibility of the hair is still much better than past offerings. The guns a pain to get in Gamora's hand. I think these figs are the jewels of the wave. The feet are wider than first attempt. Mine won't hold sword well either.

Yeah, after opening these two the rest of the wave is just kind of meh, haha. I like the rest but this is a high, high bar. Plus I gotta build Mantis, so I'll keep soldiering through.

This figures are so much better than the original wave, it almost feels like an apology. I wonder if they hadn't expected it to be as big as it was. Though Drax was great. For the group shot later, I'd love to see the comic guardians group next to the movie guardians team

Can she hold her sword better than her rifle? Cause Hasbro did the same withe the deadpool and draw figures. They can hold their bladed weapons, but the guns have too big a grip. Hasbro should've just given alt hands to hold the guns

Hey Robo , the Nebula figure looks awesome . The production photos Hasbro made just look horrible and really should never made it as far as they did ,really hurt the appeal of the figure. Great video , just laying hear in pain from a swollen and cracked wisdom tooth , keep me in your prayers pain is awful . But your videos are a welcome distraction from the pain .. Keep up the good work !

This is how you separate the fanboys from the actual collectors that can give fair criticism: I don't own Marvel Legends because I'm into into their scale/quality...but I wouldn't deny for a second how great these look. Not quite some of the best SHF like Bruce Lee, but still VERY good (even better than some of the weaker SHF prototypes of SW we've seen), but still freakingly nice. I see some flaws and limitations when it comes to articulation and stiffness in the poses (plus some very awkward torso for Nebula), but for 20 bucks each they're a steal.

But a few years back I tried to get into Marvel Legends and especially the female figures were all gummy legs/knees. How are the new ones about that kinda thing?
