Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor while maintaining appropriate language for all ages, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I went to Walgreens and got the Walgreens exclusive DAREDEVIL. Boy, what a mistake that was. First of all, I despise the costume and the additonal Matt Murdock head wouldn't wit on my peg and it's lost. Normally, you would be able to clip the batons together, I've done it several times then the peg on the baton breaks and I can't clip them! I haven't been to Walgreens again for it, but I could have got the HOBGOBLIN! Yeah, the hobgoblin.

Hey, Shartimus! Did you know you can arm strap off that Punisher without cutting anything? Take off the head and put both arms up. You should be able to slide that strap off. You can also put the Epic Heroes Punisher's jacket on the new one. Again, no need to cut anything, you just have to finagle with it a little bit. The jacket fits pretty well, but idk how I like it. It has a very 90's look IMO

Yep, I took the strap off too without cutting it. Then I put on the Epic Heroes head and now it makes a really nice classic Punisher.

I got the straps off by removing the arms and reattaching them, which is possible with a hair dryer.

My dad actually gave me this punisher figure for free! The only thing is, he took the belt off of him for his own custom punisher, but it's fine with me because I don't even notice a difference without the belt lol. I love this figure a ton! I do agree with you on the smirk kinda face, I also think the pinkish paint on the eyes is a bit too heavy... Also THE TRIGGER FINGERS! Noooo I can't believe they gave us a punisher with no trigger fingers. Gahh hasbro lol. Other than that he's awesome and I love him as a figure!!

It was easy to cut his trigger finger free. I'm not a customizer by any means and I was still able to use a regular pocket knife to separate his index finger without cutting it off.

Great review! I'm definitely putting the Epic Heroes Punisher head on this punisher figure. I totally agree that it looks much more proportioned than alternate head that comes with the figure.

The impression I get from this face sculpt is that this is him preparing for a fight rather than being in one. That's the face I picture him making as he loads his gun rather than firing it.

Love this figure! Another great review Shartimus! I feel like Hasbro has really been listening to the fans lately and I think that is awesome! If the main head didn't have a bandana I would totally use that head for a custom superman.just repaint the teeth.i didn't like how high the head sits so I Dremeled it down a bit and changed the joint. Huge difference. After seeing this vid, I'm going to have to take some of my old punishers out of storage and find a head I like better for my second one.

Personally, I think if you gave the Deadpool leg holster a wash, the brown would look better on Punisher. I feel like the white is reserved for his clothing, and his wargear is regular leather and metal. That's also why the white shotgun seems silly.

All I have to say is HOLY DAMN I want this figure. I have the series 4 Toy Biz one which is my favorite and the Thomas Jane one from series 6. I'm also planning on getting the Jon Bernthal version when that comes out. I really hope Marvel Legends comes out with a new Jigsaw and maybe some other Punisher villains too.
