Yup. Conan and Red Sonja was canon to Marvel Comics back in the 70's(standard practice at the time regarding licensed properties, Transformers was also in the Marvel Universe and they met Spider-Man, Godzilla rampaged in the Marvel Universe and fought the Avengers and Fantastic Four, Rom: Spaceknight helped Rogue reform and protected the Earth from an invasion when most heroes were gone because of Secret Wars, a characters from a 2001: A Space Odyssey Comic made their way into the Marvel Universe and so on). In Red Sonja's case it was revealed MJ was her descendant since the Conan stories are set in 10,000 B.C.E. albeit in kind of a "Lost Continent" style world where Europe is called Hyperborea. Red Sonja's spirit possessed MJ and helped Spidey fight a villain she fought in the past.

Both Sony movies Spider-men turned up in the original Spiderverse crossover. 616 Peter even discusses seeing them with another version of himself who seems identical to him (until the panel focuses on the other one’s hand and we see he is still wearing his wedding ring)
