I created a very similar character in Heroes Unlimited, but then found the Psi-slinger in Rifts. This goes to show, that great minds think a like.

For your initial characters are they able to raise in rank as you continue to play other encounters or game quests?

There is no formal way of advancement with experience points, however, the game does suggest that you can rise in rank as your missions/quests increase their sphere of influence.

So there is no way, through game play experience, to make your character better than the character was at the start of the game? Better at what he / she does as a superhero? They cannot become better at say hitting a target, finding or figuring out a clue from an encounter?@@thegmologist
