Hawkeye does one shot its easy to see with winter soldier and black panther before he activates his ult

From all examples shown here the heroes were already low hp or didn't get oneshot. (you can see from the health bar flashing white based on the damage dealt relative to their current health) The only character he could oneshot was Bruce Banner in human form. as a bodyshot did 2/3 of his health

I think he can 1-shot. Cap is a Vanguard and he did so much with a head shot. Probably 1 shot everyone else with a headshot

You scared me for a moment, but around 0:15 in the original video, Hawkeye shoots Mantis with a headshot and takes away about 2/3 of her HP.

@TapiKoks Oooh okay I had to playback the Mantis kill and Winter Soldier 2 tap in slow speed. Yeah looks like 2/3 for a fully charge head shot. Which is still insane considering this looks hitscan to me
