Clarification for the benchmark: The background gameplay is capped at 60 FPS for the sake of a consistent 60 FPS recording. All benchmark data was collected while not recording and have a 240 FPS cap which is never exceeded by any graphics preset. On the ending benchmark graph, I failed to mark the legend correctly. The blue bar is average FPS, the red bar is the average 1% low, and the yellow bar is the average 0.1% low. The 1% low shows what your FPS will be 99% and the 0.1% will be 99.9% of the time.

bruh no point to cap this benchmark and your reasoning doesnt make sense

whats the point of a benchmark if you limit fps for the gameplay you show

Think about it like this. If I record and benchmark at the same time, the performance will be worse and is not reflective of what a user would get. Also, I have tried recording with the FPS uncapped and the recording is not a consistent 60 FPS. Because of those 2 reasons, I limited the FPS for the gameplay.

@ fps would not drop that much with recording and if I just see averages then idk how much fps there will be in different situations

The 1% and 0.1% are supposed to represent those other situations. They show what your FPS is more than 99% and 99.9% of the time. I also did not see that I did not mark the legend correctly and that will be corrected for future benchmarks.

Nice video , with the same cpu but with rtx 4070 super or even higher how many fps you will get on average on low setting?
@bigthonkkАй бұрын
There are other YT videos that explore that. Gamers Nexus's video on the RTX 4070 Super does not have the 3070 Ti in their tests, but it would for sure be 30% or more average FPS. Thank you for the question. Said video can be found here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o32UnWegot1_l5o
