We already know dlc is coming. When the new game plus update happened, insomniac left in the developer menu and in that menu there was files for a Beetle related story. The 1st dlc is probably about Beetle

I wosh games did updates to story in the same way they do to game content. Like imagine them updating the game and adding a whole extra section to the symbiote arc that fices some of the problems that plagued the story's latter half.

I get what you're saying because the Symbiote/Venom arc was wayy too short, however, this updating after launch no, we already have enough unfinished or broken games that would just encourage more unfinished games, that only really works with games like Helldivers where its an "on-going war effort"

Doesn't Playstation always usually drop a showcase or state of play during the the later half of May, right before the "E3" time frame when Summer's Gamefest takes place? So isn't that something ANY OF US can predict?

Last year was the only time they’ve done this. It’s definitely easier to anticipate now that PlayStation had a showcase around that time last year, but someone like Jeff Grubb reporting that makes it even more likely to happen.

A while ago, yuri lowenthal said he doesn’t feel like Peter is retiring however he also did say that he hasn’t read any scripts implying that they haven’t recorded any lines. Granted maybe all the DLC lines have been recorded already before the interview took place but still worth noting

i mean if u think about it they did say that we will get dlc expansions for the game when tony todd said something about keeping your calendars marked after the games release dont quote me the exact wording but he did say that we can expect something big after the game's release plus they teased carnage in the flame mission and green goblin im pretty sure we will get dlc expansions cause i cant tease carnage and green goblin and not give dlc expansions

What happened to the symbiote finishers ? Why is parry always stuck on symbiote tendrils instead of spider arms? I don’t understand how people can anticipate a dlc when issues in the game still need to be addressed.

I want so bad to see a tease for Eddie Brock being a part of the DLC, Carnage, more Wraith, I'd love to finish the symbiote storyline completely, and put it to bed, b4 Green Goblin, because honestly, he's the only major villain next to Doc Ock that I believe should be in the game as primary Antagonist, because, he's one of Spider-Man's biggest foes, 3 games in, he deserves the spotlight, he can be one heck of a bad guy, potentially better than Doc Ock, IF, Sony gives Insomniac Games the time they need to cook properly, don't rush them, and we'll get an instant GOTY for whenever this game does come out. 🕷🕸🤓

Everyone saying Miles should take the lead in the DLC and fight Carnage, is wrong on both accounts! NO Miles shouldnt be able to defeat Carnage. It was bad enough when he had to be the one to defeat Venom. They should give it to Peter to defeat Carnage! And NO Carnage shouldn't even be in this dlc! They should focus the 3rd game on Green Goblin while building up to Carnage for the 4th game the same way they did for Goblin in the first 2 games!
