It is recommended to turn on/off FG using the launcher that appears before you start the game otherwise the game crashes if you try to change it in game. Also if you get less than 30 fps without FG then its recommended to lower your settings or resolution instead as turning on FG causes considerable input lag.

putting textures to low, everything else medium, and no raytracing has literally fixed the frame rate issues i was having with my nvidia 3060 laptop gpu

Looks like dlss on the 3060 doesn’t really work since there is no fps improvement, only frame generation makes a difference.

In my LAPTOP (LEGION5-PRO, 3060 LAPTOP), even if I leave the texture as NORMAL, I use so much VRAM that the game slows down tremendously. Almost like 9GB..

@@legacybenchmarks The same goes for lower resolution and higher resolution. Changing other options does not significantly affect the frame, but texture above normal, the frame will be halved.

For some reason games runs much better on my rtx 4050 75w with Dlss Balanced and ray tracing on with reflections nd interior only nd textures on ultra rest on high always above 60 fps and no stuttering at all but I've got 32 gigs of ram so game takes about 14-15 gigs alone nd vram always close to 6 gigs but never exceeds.

Its FSR3.1 FG not the NVIDIA one. Its available even on low end cards
