Chrysler Building was in Spider-Man, but between 2018 and 2020 the building changed owner and they couldn't agree on a deal for the licence to use the Chrysler Building in Miles Morales, so they replaced it. I'm torn. New MJ looks technologically nicer. But the old one seems prettier for me. And I'm not into the whole "unrealistic beauty standards" nonsense. Fictional works should be allowed to be over the top exactly because they're fictional. Also continuity wise it's kinda immersion breaking. It's like watching Speed 2: your head know it should be keanu, but your eyes telling you that it's not keanu. Anyway i heard the reason why they changed the faces is to suit the voice actor's facial capture better. So i can kinda accept that. I'm sure it'll still be a great game, and that's what matters.

El cambio de MJ no está mal, si no fuera porque parece la tía May , le saca como 10 años , no entiendo el modelaje de Peter tan joven y el de MJ acorde. Eso de que los modelajes son mejores no se yo...... 0:38 claramente la imagen del medio , es la versión remastered, a mi parecer se ve mucho mejor ,más natural , y con muuuucho más detalle ,que la mezcla de Nathan Drake y Peter Parker que han hecho para esta secuela, que por cierto es totalmente plana , 0 arrugas, ni un poro y toda la cara brillando, será juegazo como los dos anteriores, pero, al cesar lo que es del cesar , las caras del remastered ,me parecen mucho mejor que, a priori, la de esta secuela, no estoy hablando del cambio de modelajes de personajes , eso es otro tema, recalco en calidad y detalles del modelado.

My main problem isn't with the models themselves, because they're absolutely beautiful, rather, my real issue is that the new models look like different characters entirely. Miles looks great, his design has stayed perfectly cohesive across the three games, with him getting slightly older and getting differ hairstyles, however, with characters like Peter and MJ, they completely revamped their faces, and while I don't think they look bad, I do think they look different and they don't embody the characters as well as the original models did. I think if they could have added more lifelike detail to the OG models, and treat them similar to how they've handled Miles, then it would be less jarring!

People aren’t mad because of the model literally looking better or worse quality wise, it’s that they literally look like different people. People got emotionally attached to this version of Peter, imagine if a close friend one day had a completely different face but with the same voice coming out. It’d be weird

Sigue sin gustarme nada el nuevo rostro aunque se nota una gran mejora con respecto al remaster de ps5, pero no veo a Peter Parker en el. Tiene cara de mamón y parece el tipico chico guapo de pelicula gringa que está en el equipo de futbol americano de la escuela jaja. Contrario con el original que no es tan guapo, pero luce muy simpatico y amigable. Parece un chico sencillo con el que sería agradable platicar.

They didn't change the face model because the reason why it looks slightly different because of the lightning

Siento que el cambio de rostro de Peter fue mas por que tendra la actitud del evil peter con el simbiote.. Aunque sí luce mas como si fuese mas Eddie, mas en especifico de los Ultimate que son mas juveniles con aspectos de los tipicos universitarios estadounidenses Hice una busqueda y me tope con un comic que trata del simbiote en Peter e igual sufre un cambio de diseño que se asemeja bastante a este aspecto de este nuevo juego, Se llama Spiderman Alien Reality..
