If you give Select Drax Legends Drax's legs from the knees down, which is a very easy swap, he fits in perfectly with Legends and actually looks better as his original shins are too long.

Your problem with Rocket is he’s supposed to have a much wider stance and utilise the ankle rocker - just look at the ML versions. I made the fix as well and it stands great without the tail stand and looks much more normal

I never understood why people prefer Legends over Select. 9 times out of 10 the select will have a better (generally unique) sculpt and paintwork as well as (for me anyways) better feeling, more solid plastic (Legends does have some good sculpts). Legends have more articulation, sure, that's not debateable but they generally look cheaper and more cartoony and almost always re-use a mold (yes it's because it is way cheaper but I and many others get tired of the same sculpt.) I understand that people will prefer the legends because of articulation but the marvel select will always have at least just enough to get your figures into decent, satisfying poses. I have had legends AND select and I've always preferred select. Each to their own. I am NOT IN ANY WAY trying to discredit those who prefer legends, they have some amazing figures, I wanted to voice my opinion. Feel free to disagree!

Very nice review, as always. I'm really surprised you liked the Star-Lord more than Drax, though. Despite the lack of a thigh or boot cut, I think this is the best Drax we've gotten. Star-Lord seems uninspired, even sloppy by comparison.

Drax looks like he'd fit in fine with the Marvel Legends scale figures too. Drax should be at least a head taller than Star Lord and Spider-Man, right?

Yeah Marvel Select keeps their prototypes they're clear plastic molds they keep them so they could use scales and other stuff

This one and Rocket seem the best to me. Again I love the Groot's head sculpt but not a huge fan of the body. The Gamora and Star Lord just look ooglay in my opinion. I don't own any but still would buy them all except the Star Lord. Awesome review Shart!

Nice review. I like this Drax figure. Marvel Selects are just a bit on the pricey side for me. The last figure I bought was just a week ago. I got the DC Multiverse Superdoom for eight bucks. If it wasn't for mark-downs, I probably wouldn't collect action figures at all.
