The Star Lord imagery debate (classic comic vs. movie) is a big deal here among geeks in the Susquehanna Valley. I mean it gets heated, man! If you find yourself sucked into this argument at your local comic shop, whatever you do, don't interject your views on a more busty Wonder Woman. I was nearly stoned to death with Star Wars Black Series Finn Jakku half price peg warmers!

Hey shart if u want to fix the wrist this is what u do hairdry the hands hole make it tight hold the shape for long so the wrists hole doesn't get big and well put it back on the wrist same to the legs just get a plyer then make it tight at the joints try it out guys really works this figure is way better when u do it. If u want to fix the bag tuck it in hairdry it it will stay in the position then take out the flap and place in the tab an there u go if u want the bag in better shape I got this wierd round plastic piece which looks like a t put it in the bag it will make the bag harder and easier to place the tab in

Hey Shartimus, I have the same wrist problem with my figure. The peg is WAAAY too short. What I find I have to do (and it actually works really well) is pop the new hand I want to use on and twist it about two times or until I get it to the angle I want. It doesn't come loose when you do that!

You're not alone with the wrist peg man. My girlfriend and I each got one of these at Disney store at the mall near us. Mine was fine but my girlfriend's had the peg issue on BOTH wrists. We were very upset because her Star Lord had limp wrist syndrome. We took it back with our receipt and showed them the issue and they let us exchange it for one that wasn't messed up.

Also, I think it depends on what characters are changed due to the films. After the X-Men films came out, the comics got rid of their costumes, in favor of the black leather look, which I personally despised.

I don't mind them switching the comic looks to match the movies too much. I'm kind of bummed when they were JUST about to switch the look, then the movie takes over (like GotG, where the whole team got make-overs in 2013-14 but then Star Lord switched right after to match his movie look), it's just a bit unfortunate. I don't like it when they change Iron Man's armor to match the movie, though. It makes no sense and it bothers me. But if a character has a distinctively different look in a more recognisable movie costume or something, then I don't mind the switch personally :) I LOVE the TV Daredevil over the comic red tight suit.

My Star-Lord has the exact same problem and it pisses me off. Mine is also extremely lose straight out of packaging. He can barely stand without falling. I do recommend the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 wave 1 masked Star-Lord head for him tho. Doesn't fit on perfectly but it looks good on the figure. That's the head I have on the pic I tweeted u that u liked a while back. Hope this helps bro

I usually don't like them changing costumes to match the movies/tv shows but in Star Lord's case I welcomed it. I love the Look he had in the DnA run and still think it's his best look but Steve Mcniven redesigned him for marvel now and gave him an awful costume with a dumb helmet. So switching him to the movie design was great.

I loved this figure until I tried to pose it, the hole in his back wasn't lined up with the one in his coat and it fell and snapped. Also his leg joints are really really wobbly and I had to lean him on Groot (who is leaning on the wall) to get him to stand without falling over. I think it's a design fault with the base that it has no peg holes. Would've made my life a lot easier setting up the entire diorama.
