A theory to back that up... her parents told her she was adopted from the beginning, which might mean they actually showed her love, the one thing Loki never had. By being loved, and feeling loved, Sylvia didn’t go down the “correct” path, dictated by the sacred timeline, and so when that made a big enough branch, Ravonna showed up.

Theory: The Loki-gator is a Loki who was trying to make a joke to Thor and turn him into an alligator, the joke goes bad and Loki turns himself in a alligator by mystake. Honestly at first, when I thought about it, it seems weird that Loki would fall in love with "himself" in lady loki because they would be like siblings. But the more I think about it, the more I dont think thats true. Seeing as there is a black Loki, its pretty clear that that loki doesnt have the same parents as him, biologically speaking, would you consider them brothers? Even if his parents were the same. Lets say the black loki had the same dad, Laufey, as our Loki, he'd have to be different enough, genetically, to turn out black right? So they wouldnt even really be related at all. Now consider how different genetically the other Lokis are from each other, and how different their parents are. I dont think you can classify them as brother/sister seeing as we dont even know what her genetic makeup even is.

Maybe that Laufey had a different dad then our Laufey. It goes on and on. There are small to big differences in universes that would alter someones genetic makeup completely. At that point, are they really "related" if the DNA that makes up them and their in universe relatives so different when comparing them to other universes? Would you consider yourself related to your other universe self if you guys had completely different great great grandparents?

I say they are not related and they all just play the same "part" in the different universes. Unless the MCU tells us that once upon a time there was one Loki and something happened to split him multiple versions. Then they would kinda be like clones. Hello Ladies, remember even though Loki variants are different he's not an Asgardian he's a frost giant. So his variants father could have been a different species. The planet at the end looks to be a version of Earth, in the background you can see the Avenger's Tower destroyed. Also, ol' girl is Kang's love interest in the comics, I believe Sylvie was happy or was able to have feelings and that's what would break the timeline so that's her Nexus Event.

24:43 I was figuring it up after this episode. 6 episodes don't seem like a lot, but time-wise it's basically the same as if they did an entire trilogy of movies on Loki. But again, this is the thing that Marvel Studios has learned from a storytelling perspective from comic books that no one else doing superhero movies or shows has. THIS is what it feels like to read a really good comic book story arc from week to week. The whole issue is spent building toward the story climax and then it just ends. Leaving the reader frustrated, but also dying for more. It's how they would try to ensure that fans would buy the next issue. Now Marvel Studios is doing the same thing with their shows and it is working beautifully. Also, they had to give people that post-credits scene. They'd have had riots if people thought Loki was dead for a week. But I was actually reassured when Ravonna pruned him. I knew they aren't killing Loki in this show. Not now anyway. And that means that Mobius is okay. In a just world, there is only one way this show ends. And that is with Mobius on a jetski. :-)

Can I just say, I INSTANTLY had a new Halloween costume/cosplay as soon as that mid credits scene showed up 😂. We have Captain America, Black Panther, and now Boastful Loki. I posted this on another vid, but here's my theory in regards to why they came and got her as a child: The different Loki's throughout the multiverse are fine for them as long as they play their role and become a foil for the heroes. Sylvie, I believe, was going to differ off of that path and the reason I think that is when she was playing with the toys she was pretending a Valkyrie was saving Asgard from a dragon. My guess is, what if since she found out she was adopted earlier than other Loki's it changed her whole path and she would end up wanting to be a Valkyrie or a hero. That was the moment that changes off the path they want and they came and collected her. Another reason I believe in this theory is because when her and Loki were sitting on Lamentis and she put her hand on him that branch started drastically veering off even though that planet was being destroyed. That was the moment Loki fully fell for her I think and Loki's are just not supposed to find love because it changes who he/they are. Regarding Kang, him and Ravonna were lovers and Ant-Man 3 is early 2023. Kang's whole thing in the comics is wanting to control all of time (sound familiar). Also, he's a Nexus being, just like Wanda and I bet you they'll make Loki one as well.

@What We Watchin'?!, Love your reactions, especially this one. It's a nice way to relive those "no they didn't" moments. I'm still of the mindset that Kang is behind all of this. Kang doesn't have any superpowers. He's a really smart man with access to 41st Century technologies in the comics. His knowledge is his weapon; he's rendered the powers of powered beings with it. When you think about it, that's exactly what the TVA has done--it turned the Infinity stones into glorified paperweights and made people like Loki and Sylvie helpless within their confines. Any machine capable of rendering Infinity Stones useless, not to mention destroy them with an effortless swipe is indeed a power/weapon the MCU has never seen before. Last week's episode told us that Time Pads require a massive amount of energy to recharge. We weren't told exactly how much but we can make an educated guess given that Loki and Sylvie set out to steal the Arc's power source as Sylvie said that it would be enough to recharge it. The Space Shuttle requires 12 billion watts of energy to launch, which is a crazy amount of energy. The average American home uses 10,649,000 watts of energy a year! The TVA has thousands possibly hundreds of thousands Time Pads. They have to police all of known time, making sure all of the universes inside the Sacred Timeline follow their scripted stories, but to what end? I believe the Sacred Timeline is being harvested for its energy. The sun produces 386.4 septillion watts per second! That's 24 zeroes, by the way. The universe is said to have hundreds of billions stars, so a Multiverse would increase that number many times over. The TVA is wielding that sort of power. How else would the TVA be able to charge their Time Pads, Reset Charges, weaponry and the TVA as a whole? And lets not forget that they have the ability to tether the Multiverse together! Somehow they've made the impossible possible, and one can only assume that an untold amount of energy and technology is necessary to do all that. Kang wants to rule all of time, and it looks like he's done it. The TVA watches over his trophy, conquered time, while he currently battles the Multiverse in the future. The Time-Keepers as we saw them in the show were something to get the TVA to fight for--religions have proven that people will worship all sorts of idols if the story is interesting enough. Look how devoted TVA agents were; how righteous they saw themselves to be. They didn't care what Variants felt or thought because they weren't part of the Time-Keepers' plans. Devotion can be a powerful weapon and motivator--look at what the Crusades did. The TVA only functions if everyone is on the same page, and that's why C-20, B-15 and Mobius were deemed threats, as well as Sylvie. I think all the universes within the Sacred Timeline were made to follow their unique scripted stories because it was necessary to stunt the growth of universes--isn't this why they purge branches? A growing universe will divert power elsewhere. Kang purposefully consolidated the Universe to make it easier to harvest their energy, IMHO. Nexus events and variants are stimuli for a growing universe, take away the stimuli and you stunt the growth. Anyway, Kang needs the TVA as it protects his trophy while powering his war campaign in the distant future. There are three Time-Keepers, but not as they've been depicted. I think the real Time-Keepers are the TVA, Ravonna Renslayer and Kang, each represented the three aspects of time, the past, present and future. The last two episodes are going to be epic for sure. The Lokis are going to burn this operation to the ground. When all is said and done, I think will be teased with a very angry Kang stranded in the distant future. Not being able to travel through time as he normally did, he might travel via the Quantum Realm, which is probably why he's scheduled to appear in Quantomania . Well, at least that's how I see things playing out. I cannot wait for next week. I need to see what the Lokis have planned. This show keeps upping the ante and it does not disappoint!

Maybe they somehow pulled some from the infinity stones and that's why they don't work at the TVA. I need to go back and see if there were any difference in the tesseract when they first arrived at the TVA and when Loki took it back. Could be a reach. Theory… Ravonna is actually good. She let young Sylvie go bc she is possibly the only one that can save the TVA through enchantment. That’s why sylvie got away so easily. She taught Sylvie and then gave her an out. Even later in their fight, they’re not trying to kill each other. They’re just cutting each other’s clothes to play their part. In some way, shape, or form, Ravonna is the reason why the TVA is about to be freed, with the help of the Lokis

I was blown away by this episode. You guys echoed exactly how I think the majority of people felt. My theory is the sacred timeline is fiction and there always has been a Multiverse the people in this timeline want to keep it the way they wanted whoever is in charge that is. So when something varies too far outside what they want in that timeline they prune it or reset it. But I do believe that there's there's already a Multiverse TVA have been lied to there is no sacred timeline
