The fact that they included Chadwick's death in the story, and made it a core part of the drama, is a great way for the writers to connect the audience with the movie. We all grief Chadwick, and we are going to see how other people deal with this grief. Hope the move is as majestic as the music from the trailer.

I was wondering how they would match the emotion of the first one. I thought the three scenes in the ancestral plane defined the first movie both story-wise and emotionally. The death of the Black Panther will allow them to match that.

I went to Howard University and ran across Chad Boseman a few times in 1996. He was a super good dude. He had a great spirit and was very humble. This movie hits harder when you’ve had someone in your family pass away from cancer. My dad passed away last year December 21st. At the beginning credits with Chadwick, it was already over for me. Indeed. It took me a second to figure out why, but this trailer made me cry for one reason: Angela Bassett. Full credit to her, I look forward to seeing this movie cause she brought it in the trailer, and showed her acting chops. The point I'm trying to make is that the fans are wanting a movie that gives them what they want, in this case a truly riveting story that pays true honor to the late Chadwick Boseman, they don't want some movie that feels like they're just doing it for the sake of money. 1:20 - Angela Bassett's delivery is so powerful here. This may be the scene where Queen Ramonda was ruling Wakanda in between Thanos' Snap and the Blip. That's why she sounded scarred knowing T'Challa and Shuri were 'gone.'

@xxwhispersxx28562 жыл бұрын
I agree. Someone else said it could be Shuri going missing looking for T'Challa in the ancestral plane, but you see Ramonda at a UN meeting in the teaser, there wouldn't be enough time for that to happen if Shuri was missing for a short amount of time.

Wakanda fought alongside the Avengers after they were snapped back. I don't think Ramonda thinks she lost them to the blip, because many people can report to her about her son being alive. I think something happened and T'Challa actually passed.
@josephwantock19932 жыл бұрын
@@damunaik4 No, they're saying they think that speech by Ramonda takes place in the 5 year gap between Infinity War and Endgame. She says her "entire family is gone" but obviously Shuri is still alive in this movie and I highly doubt they would spoil her death in the trailer, so that must mean both T'Challa and Shuri were dusted away after the Snap
