I actually liked the trailer. And that’s saying a lot because aside from Deadpool, I haven’t been enthusiastic about anything Marvel in the last 4-5years. Thunderbolts actually looks like it’s not goina be total shyt, …or maybe I’m being optimistic

there was a translucent teleporting robo ninja. a crossbow dropping mark 19 vibes being one handed by a motorcyclist. And Elain from Seinfeld as the big bad. seems pretty out there to me. lol (just playing with you/ the the multiverse was played way out and got a bit lazy)

My only issue I have with this trailer is, Disney is missing something it's the tie in for these characters, if people didn't watch the black widow movie they won't know who red guardian or Helena is, and fake capt America was from hawk and winter soldier, they better have a really good explanation for those characters or general audiences will be confused why any of these people would be considered bad, and don't get me started on "Bob" still don't understand the connection of his character, but I'll be optimistic and will wait to see if Disney can pull this off

I am cautiously optimistic about this myself since this movie is doing a lot to appeal to my personally. I'm the kind of guy who gets more interested in side characters more than the designated heroes, so seeing White Widow, US Agent, Ghost, Taskmaster, and Red Guardian finally get the spotlight again after missing them for so long already has me hooked. But for me, the kicker is this movie is doing what I've been waiting for since Infinity war and that is finally introducing the Sentry into the MCU

I enjoyed it too, it definitely has Suicide Squad vibes, but with the added bonus that, aside from taskmaster, I have enjoyed all of these characters in the various projects that they’ve been in so it feels like marvel has built up to this movie.

Honestly I have to respectfully disagree, I’m pretty excited after seeing the trailer and I just hope the movie doesn’t disappoint, according to what Sebastian Stan said himself, Bucky is supposed to be the leader of the Thunderbolts which I think will be great because he’s the one with the most experience outside of maybe the Red Guardian, I’m also excited to see how they do the Sentry (Bob).

I think it looks good. I just don’t think they’re gonna handle sentury well and personally I don’t like how they handle him in the comics either. I think they should get him, blue marvel and star brand maybe some other people and go to all the what if universes that ended really badly and fix them. maybe they can also battle all those really OP people that they can’t do anything with because they’re too strong like dormamu or anihilist. Maybe have kang be cool and dominate the universe and then sentury and his team have to beat him and do something with the quantum universe and stuff.

Apart from being a bit too long imho, I have to admit that the trailer was good honestly, although Disney became masters of creating great trailers to mediocre movies/tv shows, so we'll see. If that trailer came out in 2015 I think most people would've been excited because, again, as a trailer it was interesting and it didn't give the whole movie away. The only thing I'm already seeing as big red flag is the usual, old and tired MCU humor.

Ehhh, doesn't really "wow" me imo, just cause mcu has really diverted away from the comics and I get that it isn't suppose to be that much comic accurate, but still, if anything, Zemo should be the one leading the thunderbolts, not bucky... still not a fan of female taskmaster, ghost has also been gender swapped too and nothing hasn't been said much about her whereabouts, like a forgotten throw away character, and isn't she suppoe to not be phasing anymore cause janet gave her some of her quantum energy to be "cured/healed"? Unless that was temporary, I just remember her and hanks old rival/friend was on the run from ant man 2 and wasp..... and the team just doesn't seem like a good "variety" imo, 2 black widows and 3 super soldiers with 1 phaser(ghost) I liked the thunderbolts in avengers assembled better imo

Reaction is always good. The movie like Cap4 , I am still indifferent about both but they’re going to release it in May which might mean they think it’s going to be good. But Disney thought black panther 2, ant3, indy5, little mermaid live action remake, the marvels were good but I think the audience reception speaks for itself. While there are movies that fly under the radar, but these were major Disney movies meant to be billion dollars in grossing movies. So, I don’t think trusting their confidence is going to help; they also expected Deadpool and Wolverine to fail because of the DEI getting cut. But no captain marvel or she joke, and the movie was a runaway hit. Also, marvel needs to stop with serious drama with jokes; they need to focus on different stories and let jokes come if warranted. Look at phase one, two and three, we had heist movies, spy movies, space operas and so on. Not all were a hit but they were all rewatchable but now i got to pick and choose because some are not even worth watching once.

The poster for this looks AMAZING. One of the BEST Superhero posters in a LONG time... But GOD the trailer was MISSING that OOMF. The fight scene felt SO SLoooOOOW😭 It's like their trying to recapture that Winter Soldier gibe and failing. Even Falcon and Bucky's show did a better job But aye I'm actually gonna watch this unlike Marvels, Secret Invasion and now Agatha which I skipped completely💀
