Nice stroll down memory lane for me. I was introduced to Marvel Super Heroes first, then AD&D. And then finally Star Wars. Loved that line as a kid though. Saving for the 2nd edition, all that good stuff. No idea there even was a DC equivalent, though it makes sense.

Bet you paied a boat load for those brand new books!! I recently had a bout of luck with a bunch of modules from the DC RPG!

I ended up averaging $20 per sealed module. Got a lot of 6 for $120 - some others separately. I grew up with the DC game tho and show it on a different video.

Weird thing is I just rediscovered this and am trying to reacquire a replacement set. I was big into this in my youth but I forgot all about it, like blacked it out conpletely. I remember now. Having only played typical board games previously, the D&D style gameplay made no sense to me initially. I'm pretty sure I figured it out eventually though.

It’s not to expensive compared to old D&D modules. The most expensive is the Marvel advanced box set. Good luck collecting!

I've tracked down almost everything they published for it at this point. I was playing d&d for a long time when this came out. I had both box sets and a bunch of modules as a kid, it was an easier system than the DC game.

I hope to play these when my kids get older. As well as DC Heroes one day!
