Agatha is a detective in the beginning because she's still locked in the spell of playing TV characters, and she's playing a 2020's female character like in "Mare of Easttown".The song playing is Florence + the Machine's "Seven Devils", and Wanda had a group of enemies called Salem's Seven. The show seems to be sticking to the trapped in a tv show format.

Trapping Agatha in Mare of Easttown is hilarious (a detective tv show starring Kate Winslet. That's what the opening detective bit was about. We can assume Wanda threw her into another television illusion). Edited to add: SNL did a great parody of the genre. Look up Murdur Durdur.
