They are random in most cases though some containers will always have them depending on the encounter

You have to go through the story a bit before you can open up the upgrading bit. I think you need to make it to knowhere. It's fairly far along in the story before it opens up.

What level are you? You have to pass a certain part in the story before you're able to enhance ISO-8

What about red iso 8 that regenerate health?

There are some great ones. You can get a AA red ISO-8 crystal that will regen a max of 3.4% of your total HP every 10 seconds. Coupled with other buffs, you can regen a lot of health, but I usually don't slot them in favor of using blues that regen the extreme bar faster. With the alliance enhancement nodes to heal when you do extreme damage, it heals you much faster, and you also are invincible whole using extreme attacks.

@@StevenWeberA ok i guess i can do that, along with giving a blue iso 8 the regens energy to scarlet witch or dr strange and have them heal the party more. That's rpg rule number 1, never ignore the white mage!

@@darkhelmet87 haha they are good to have for heals but it is harder to heal solo. If you need a tank though there's a green ISO 8 that increases the chance enemies will target them. Let me know how your build goes

The main problem has to do with the amount of crystals you end up with. You get so many, no way you can go through them all, it's tedious. Especially since they cap the amount you can hold to 1000. You reach it really fast.

I think the game has too many currencies/menus/upgrades tbh. It’s all more confusing than it needs to be, a simpler system with a more straightforward way to level up your characters would have been my preference. Still really enjoying the game though, I just didn’t think I’d spend so much time in menus!

Hi, thank you for this cool video ;) Do you know if it's better to boost my Strength stat or my Abilities Damages ? For example, will Wolverine deal more damage on his A, X and B abilities with "+6.8% STR" or with "+10% Piercing attacks damages" ? :)

That's a great questions that I'm working on as we speak. Strength boosts all melee attacks though, not just abilities. Piercing attacks will be higher, but not all attacks, such as light or heavy may count as piercing. I'll have more info on a day or so, just finishing getting all characters to 100

How do I know which crystals I should discard and which I should preserve

It really depends on who your characters are and what you want to do with them. Generally the majority of rainbow crystals you should keep until you know what you want to do. Until you've completed superior difficulty, you should probably keep many C and D crystals for upgrades, but once you're on Omega infinity stages, you can scrap them because you'll get B A and AA crystals all the time.

I do have a question: With +500 and +1000 stat ISO-8's both being AA rank, are you able to "upgrade" the AA 500's into AA 1000's? To that end, I can't even remember if there are raw stat boost ISO-8's at lower tiers you can boost up to 500's in the first place.

No, unfortunately the 500s can never upgrade to 1000, the highest they get is 750. They are still good though! There are no raw stat boosts that are lower aside from the percentage stats. At least, none that I have found. I just found a +100% XP blue AA Crystal so there may be some stuff I just haven't found yet.

For the fourth slot you only need to unlock the grandmaster rank slots. Just go straight to those in each upgrade tree and you will unlock the last slot. Let me know if you have any other questions.

So I was just playing through the infinity rifts and grinding to level up my characters when my game told me I have too many ISO-8’s. About 954/1000 ISO-8’s. I just need to know which ones I should deconstruct as right now I’m just deconstructing ones that are not A or AA class, Rainbow or White.

Depends on what you're looking to do. Keep all a and AA right now. If you're on superior, remove all d and some C. If you're on ultimate. All d, c and B can pretty much go with the exception of rainbow. After that, it all depends on what characters you're using

Yeah eventually you just have to get rid of it if you want to keep playing. Delete the stuff you don't need. It's a crappy system for sure.

Most of it is about spamming your team abilities at the right moments. But it depends on which parts you're considering difficult. It seems most of the content has tricks to make it easier.

Look up the best characters and go off of that and make sure you have team synergy. With anybody you just want to mainly use abilities. Ult when the bosses are stunned and have no more purple bar

I have learned that over level your chracters 10-15 levels above the content you want to do from rifts (wave,rush). I beat the game on friendly and tried to jump straight into first boss on superior at like level 45 and got my butt handed to me. Spent 30 min in the Rift Lamda 48 rush and all my guys leveled fast.
