Who didn't love using Jin's throw to drag your opponent across the screen? I know I loved doing it. For me: Jin, Captain Commando, or Strider. Jin's downfall was lack of range. Edit: but he hit like an army of buses.

Captain Commando is extremely powerful... the problem lies with his nonexistent punch resistance... all you need are two good hits and he's finished! True feast or famine fighter.

If fast enough, you can do Captain's Storm into Captain's Sword. I have done it. Low kick, high kick, the Anti-air move, Captain's Sword.
