Even if You balanced frame data and damage fly/unfly combos and sj.ad would be top regardless, thus certain characters always showing up in top 8. Either because it abuses those mechanics or punishes them.

Tron bonne is actually the highest and best damage assist in the game, because of her glitched y assist, and is high tier, she has great air dash mixup, zones well. And has some easy to setup infinites.
