It can be difficult, and needs to be practiced, but you need to do forward Heavy, then right after pushing heavy, let go of the control stick and push special. This can be difficult, but once you get it right, a lot of other attacks become easier too. If you're still having trouble with it, try the D-Pad because it works better for this particular combo.

@Monstermarkus I find that its easier to get a standing H in the corner if you cancel the second footdive with a downward dash. I find that Max isn't doing this either. When I get a launch in the corner, I do j.M (2 hits), f+H, S, d+LM (downward dash). This makes Doom come down faster and gives me a lot of time to do a standing H (2 hits) into S. I repeat this 3 times and then I do standing H into Sphere Flame.

@zomfgpaNic I think you can even hit it 3 times, however that is pretty difficult. Key is to press medium as soon as you launch them, i mean really as soon as possible. This makes hitting the second loop way easier even if timed it a bit wrong.

@BennyHarassi forward heavy foot dive beats almost every other move except maybe akuma's tatsu which trades, once you land that hit/or hit on block, forward air dash and medium which acts as a overhead, thats what i do.
