She is actually one of the top tier characters, if you manage to master her that is and does have that risk + reward stuff. And no I'm not trying to make it seem as if C. Also, another reason they chose that set of cast members is because they not only wanted to highlight notable chararcters from their cartoon series, but they wanted to have a cast, outside of Ryu, that promotes high risk, high reward along with execution power that scales in difficulty as the combos progress, compared to the Marvel cast who has a much easier time with OTG and TAC combos.

Considering her use of three way projectiles, counters and teleportation, dive kicks and kicks, which could have been converted in the air.
