Yes you could still play the game even if your Switch is offline. That means during an outage or a blackout when there are no electricity and internet you could still play the game on your Switch just like on the Game Boy Advance SP2.

1 thing needs to be fixed. The games demonstrate juddering when playing. It is especially noticeable when there are long straight scrolls of the camera from a vertical or horizontal sides ( ie: Xmen vs SF letters intro as well as when fast forwarding during in mid round wins). Playing Switch version.
