The Nova Corps at least exists in the MCU, but you're correct. However, Nova, Dormammu, and Ghost Rider are the only non-MCU characters in the game so far, and even then they're largely just reused assets from UMVC3.

Dormammu was in Doctor Strange, albeit not in his physical form. Meanwhile, the Johnny Blaze version of Ghost Rider showed up in Agents of SHIELD for one episode to give Robbie Reyes his powers. And while yes, Richard Rider himself has yet to show up in the MCU, the Nova Corps are a thing in the MCU as of Guardians Vol. 1.
