The level 3 itself is okay, it's just that the jokes Spider-Man makes after them ruin it. That and "Green Goblin just shows up out of nowhere" feels dumb after the first 20 times you seen it.

Spider Man has the easiest to abuse time stone ability. During the storm you can lock them in an infinite kick by spamming x (kick), they just get locked as you steady kick them for the entire storm, so cheap and easy if you land one kick it's over
