Thanos definitely would of been beaten sooner seeing how he didn't want to fight Odin You basically got Hela, Thor , and Loki who together are probably as powerful as Odin if not more

I think that the transition to English is similar to in Way of Water, where we hear English because everyone understands the language. They're not speaking English, but we hear it as such because both Hela and Wenwu understand the language.

I think Hela is still the Goddess of Death. Death isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s all part of the natural process. Hela’s armor being white could also be a reference to white being the color of death in Chinese culture.

I really enjoyed this episode quite a bit! It mixes completely different sides of the MCU together perfectly, and a lot of really cool stuff came out of this episode. My highlights of this episode were the action and especially the final fight because that was really cool and well done! Props to the animators for animating one of my favorite final fight scenes in the MCU! 8/10!

In Love and Thunder Zeus recognizes Thor as asgardian and says he thought they were all gone when Odin died. This means he has to have some knowledge of Odin and has tabs on him to know he died

This episode was beautifully put together. Hela’s arc in the episode was shocking and well done. The team up with Xu Wenwu vs Odin was epic. Very good stuff. S2 of What If…? has been a great step up.

I interpreted the quick turn back to conquest from Odin as him not yet having had to sacrifice for the wisdom to know when to stop. He hasn't lost his eye yet and hasn't had those hard won battles.

I noticed Odin still have both eyes. That means he hasn't hung himself on the world tree and sacrifice an eye to receive all the knowledge and wisdom, which would have helped him in dealing with Hela. Maybe he lost between exiling Hela and Thor being born.

I think Odin from this universe feels he has absolute Dominion over the 9 realms. That is why he scolds Hela at the beginning for wanting more. It’s less of a switch in attitude and more just Odin knowing what’s his and what’s not.

I think Hela can speak Chinese because all Gods have something called the AllSpeak that able to translate their language for they can understand you and you can understand them

I believe it's called All-Tongue, but that isn't canon in MCU since Thor mentioned in Infinity War that they have language courses.

(thor mentions taking an elective of Groot's language, but given of what we know of how others learn groot, it isn't a language that can be properly conveyed using a translator either)

Loved this episode. It would be good if Marvel would use the blast from Thanos’ use of the stones as a reason why some people become mutants. Even those who were born since the snap. They would be teenagers now which is perfect for the time mutants to gain their powers. It would explain why mutants didn’t intervene in the battle with Thanos and The possibilities would be endless.
