Not really. It’s a great game but def not a phenomenal comic book video game. They added things that’s shouldn’t be in the game and change characters that aren’t meant to be. The game side missions aren’t that great compare to other comic book video games

Though I do think some things could be improved, I still say that the game me is an improvement from the previous two games, and I personally really enjoyed the side missions in this game and thought they were a lot more meaningful and flowed nicely into the overarching narrative of both Miles and Peters stories

But if they would of introduce venom mid game, let Kraven hunt himself and not use his hunters most of the time, change mj character into a hot supermodel she supposed to be in the comics rather than some hero she isn’t, allow the symbiote to be a transformation and change the base combat of it more differently, add side missions that are meaningful with full of actions, more cars takedown, don’t nerf Peter a lot, black cat play one of the major role in the game and don’t add any woke agenda. Then the game would of been the greatest Spider-Man game of all time. Don’t you agree?

Right now, people are talking about the woke agenda they added in the game, mj pointless missions, symbiote combat is the same as the base, side missions are pointless such as playing as haily and helping school students , nerfing Peter, Kraven using hunters most of the time to hunt, venom not getting a lot more screen time until the near endgame. Most people are more excited for venom than Kraven.

The game is so fun. I can't wait for New Game Plus and DLC. Hoping for a way to toggle on and off the symbiote powers. Maybe up on D-Pad since that is not used as Peter? Either way awesome job.

@@toren2099 Exactly. I do know about the skill swapping, but as you mentioned we still have the symbiote show up for the blocking. That's why I'm hoping they give us an option to just toggle it with the unused d-pad button for Peter.

And I thought the first one was good, it still is don't get me wrong, but they've taken the first and made it even better, the detail, the visuals, the acting and story overall, feels like a movie! Love how much they let you do as miles and peter now, first game felt just a bit samey at times, just swinging around and fighting, wasn't really much else to it, obviously the story was great but nothing like the second, even walking around Coney Island with Harry and MJ playing all the minigames, small things like that just makes the game feel real and alive, if they do a 3rd then I have serious high expectations that I have no doubt Insomniac will deliver, this is how a video game is made, absolutely incredible
