A good tutorial. Thanks for your well-done lesson . It is a little bit difficult for me to understand the meaning of bond and skive. Can you tell me more about what was the effect of bond and skive on the fabric (31:49), no matter the effect was visually or physically simulated? I was wondering to know the effect of these parameter for bond and skive on the fabric and how it can map to the knowledge of cloth making. For example, when will we use these functions (i.e. bond and skive) to make the cloth be made better ? I cannot totally comprehend the meaning of bond and skive in cloth making. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks for your lesson, again.

As it pertains to clothing making: bond is referrering to and the options are as if you are bonding/gluing interfacing/stabalizer to fabric (stiffening) and skive is a term from leather working to to the opposite/ to thin out the material (making something more flexible/ thinner) hope that helps you understand the tools more clearly. For a more indepth explaination on how the methods are used in garment creation, I recommend looking for interfacing explainations/ tutorials and leather working how to's.

after the garment is created and saved can it be used in daz or is it only for marvelous design

You can export the garment to your preferred program there are multiple different export options, Daz users often use Marvelous Designer for cloth and garments
