i like BGC a lot. i invested my hard earned money in the pre selling condos, i already got 2 the rest are still developing and its worth it, the prices went up and still going up. REAL ESTATE is the safest investment. i’m a conservative investor.

@@stocksmarts_ Cebu is a better pick than Manila if you're looking at cultural and historical richness, combination of both city and natural beauty, more lax lifestyle, etc. BGC is just a more modern facet, cleaner area with seemingly more international standard, but BGC is just a bubble and more on aesthetics, if you will live there your whole life, you will get bored in no time. But still both areas are epic and beautiful.

Cebu has great spicy Muslim food like Pater sa tisa i get full meal for less than 2 dollars per meal, has great WHITE SAND beaches north and south cebu, Bantayan island had free ambulance when i had jellyfish sting, has a lot of SM, supermarket, and banks, have the best festival Sinulog, and people know how to respect privacy unlike in metro manila, and also condo prices are wayyy cheaper you can live for 200-400 usd/month, if you choose house in the provunces then it would be bigger for the same cost

brother, I've been working with a realtor in Cebu, I'm told 2 bedroom around IT Park will cost $1400 - $1900 all cost inclusive...does that make sense? When I questioned why the rates are higher than BGC was told the market is far stronger in Cebu....

No, it's not. That area is pretty famous, That's why. But blocks or a couple miles away it's cheaper. My condo is like a few miles away and the rent is cheaper than that.

If You live in a. CEBU you are like a king b. BGC you are same as Prime Minister. In CEBU you will reach in 1 hour these places boracay, palawan, siargao. Bohol, dumaguete, leyte, Manila, Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod. Tacloban, cagayan de oro.
