I love that he gave that shout-out to his old cameraman, Les. Shows how in-touch with the world he really is. Not some star-persona. Awesome.

I love John's voice. It's so mellifluous and unique. Plus he has a mysterious charm that makes you get drawn in to what he’s saying.

His humor is so underrated, it's deadpan but very naturally funny. Love that he remembered Les!

I don't know how I never saw David Brenner's talk show, but he is terrific. Relaxed, gregarious, doesn't interrupt while pushing the conversation along, keeps things light and fun but slips in a question that elicits an interesting and sincere answer (e.g., Malkovich directing his wife), and throws in the requisite upcoming movie plug. I just read the history of the show and it aired for less than a year. That doesn't surprise me a bit, really.

Great interview. John's such a fine artist and decent man. David too. I really enjoy David's questions and conversation. I wish he'd have continued in this format, he's great in this. I'll be doing True West this fall, playing Austin in SF. That play is a beast. But it's nice to be part of the legacy since Sam debuted it at Magic Theater in SF so long ago.

As what Glenn Close mentioned in one of her interviews, that she wants to have a love affair with him. I can really understand why. The man is mysterious, sexy and mesmerizing.

So unique, intense and versatile actor! Loved his role in In the line of Fire with Eastwood and he by far is one of my favorite actors of all time and he is so blessed with that voice of his to boot!

John Malkovich: " Get on the bus kids, we need to get going." School Kids: " where are we going bus driver?" John Malkovich slowly turns around and looks at children and says "We are going mad."

You know how sometimes you see a celebrity/famous actor and you think "this guy seems like he'd be awesome to hang out with!". No this one. John seems like someone that would be impossible to chill with.
