Such a shame that kids these days will never experiance a giftlike this. It is now all I-phones and X-boxes...nothing tandible to actuallyset up and play, and keep for years. To reopen and rediscoverthe childhood memories in a wargame box....to display over &over again. I guess the times have changed, but we sure hold onto those great toys!

Wonderful memories! I didn't have that set but I had that same train. I used Lincoln Logs and MPC Native American figures for dioramas etc.

I wonder why Marx didn't put a floor and walls in the town building like they did in the other town sets.
