Yes Mother Mary is truly our Mother. When I was so depressed and wanted to end my life, for some grace given to me, I thought then there was no other way but to go back to Christ, so I prayed 1 Hail Mary and felt a sudden feeling of lightness that started from my foot travelling up to my head. Immediately after finishing the Hail Mary prayer.... it started raining so hard outside, like pouring rain accompanied by defeaning thunders, like where I was.... it felt shaking because of the thunders. I thought then God was really mad at my sinfulness and Mary begged God for mercy on my behalf. From then on I started going back to mass. I cried on my first mass after 3 years of not going to church, yes 3 years of avoiding anything that had to do with church and God. 3 years of blaming God for everything that was bad in my life.. My first Mass was so meaningful and beautiful. It became so clear to me that the Mass was indeed full of adoration and worship to God who created the universe. The words said by the priest and the people were so beautiful that I cried and cried until the end of the mass.

I read catholic version and protestant versions of Bible and later Interlinear (literal translation from Greek and Hebrew) and protestant Bible is closer to original. I read Bible in my language,not in english. Catholic Church was founded around 4th century. I advise you to read Interlinear Bible (you can do it in the internet)

Thank you, thank you, thank you Bishop Barron, I pray the rosary daily with a friend and it's as Important to us as the food we eat we also pray psalms 4, 90, 133 . In the morning read small piece of gospel and say saint Patrick's breastplate prayer which I got from an abbey retreat many years ago. With going to mass and confession these are what keep me calm and sane in these times of such hostility to all that is truth and good. We pray for the Pope , Cardinals, Bishops , priests and laity daily along with praying for Convertions 🙏🙏🙏.

It’s wonderful to see the audience draw by Bishop’s Barron preaching, and it’s amazing to see how many people are nourishing so much anger for the Woman, the Creature that showed the most high Humility, Obedience and Love of God, by making the will of God, salvation entered this valley of tears, that’s why, among creation, she is the Most High, that’s why she was elevated to Heaven, and the same way she did in Canaã, she intervenes with Our Lord, and He intervenes with the Father, no, it’s not her, no Catholic that is true in the faith believes she is a Goddess. You are so right the blessed mother Mary is the queen of Army of angels.When I was young I didn't understand why my parents make us pray our daily rosary prayer every 6 pm we have to pray the rosary prayer but nobody tell us why and what is the story of the rosary and the blessed mother Mary .As I grow up my Faith then wasn't as strong now that I'm getting older .But I just want to make the story short I do believed the blessed mother Mary is the queen of Army of angels.First of all God the father Almighty the highest power choose her to be the mother of Jesus Christ and she agree and obey God when an angel deliver her that message.Even though she's young and a virgin but she obey God.and she loved her son very much that it breaks her heart to see him one day they torture him.and nailed him in the cross and die because of the sin of the world and because he claim to be the son of God and only few believed it then.Besides she had a sorrowfull heart of swing her son die on the cross she understand that it has to be that way.But God the father Almighty give her another mission to do and that is give her the authority to crushed the head of the serpent.the dragon and the enemy of the Bible who has so many names and we all know who he was a beautiful fallen angels that dis obey God so he was cast away among his followers and that is why it makes all sense why the father Almighty choose the blessed mother Mary to do another mission to be the queen of Army of angels she is the one whose going to the battle a leader to lead all the good angels to fight against the enemy of the Bible and his followers.And the only weapon she always carry with her is a big and long rosary cross and the prayers among all the faithfull and believer of her son Jesus through that prayer of the rosary and with love and devotion through that prayer that dedicated to her son Jesus Christ who suffer and die on the cross for the sin of the world and it all make sense the cross is a symbol of life.death and resurrection of her son Jesus Christ and that is a very powerfully weapon to fight against the enemy of the Bible a simple rosary cross and the prayer that the enemy of the Bible hate so much.The bleesed mother Mary is the one whose going to crushed the head of the serpent.the dragon.the enemy of the Bible who dis obey God. My sister in Christ, I disagree with your comments. When the soldiers mock Our Lord, Mathew tells us they say "hail, king of the Jews." A clear reference to it's royal connotations, as in hail Caesar. When the Archangel gives the good news to Mary, he tells her that her son will sit on the throne of his father David. The angel is speaking typologically, as David's earthly throne was an O.T type of God's kingdom in heaven and Jesus tells us his kingdom is not of this worlld.In the Davidic kingdom the king's mother was always the queen and not one of his wives. If you go revelations 12 you will see the one who gives birth to Christ wearing a crown in heaven. Also when Elizabeth filled with the Holy Spirit no less, greets Mary she says, "who am I that the mother of my Lord should come to me." Elizabeth being a most pious Jewess would only call God her Lord. Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man . His divinity can't be separated from his humanity. He's God and human forever. This is called the hypostatic union. Mary is his mother forever. By mother we don't mean Mary preceded him or is Divine. She simply gave birth to the God man. An extraordinary grace.

I honestly was just reading Revelation 12 and got a completely different view. The woman represents Israel and the stars are for each tribe. Its deep but the latter part of the chapter doesn't line with up with Mary. Ezekiel 16 refers to Israel as the Adulterous Wife. I think this vision has to do with Satan being enemies with the Jews. I dont see it as glorifying Mary whatsoever. I come in peace by the way.

Why would John be having a vision of a battle between Israel and the Dragon when the whole point of the New Testament is something new i.e. the baby Jesus and His Mother Mary. If you don't believe in Christianity then why bother with the New Testament? The 'Woman' in Revelelation 12 is certainly NOT Jesus earthly mother. Rev1;1 explains that the revelelation was given in 'signs' The chapter also speaks of a 'dragon' & the interaction between the two. All bible scholars will agree the 'dragon' is symbolic . So also is the 'woman'. Try as one may there is no teaching to venerate Mary in the Gospels or the epistles. Not till 499AD ( council of Ephesus ) was this so.
