What Mary is teaching us is about self love, not just about getting up when you are down. Give yourself the flowers while you are here, enjoy who you are and you have, the people in your life. From that space anything can happen. I just love her. Her concert was to this day the best ever. She delivers 1000% it was like she was singing the songs for the 1st time, she dove deep into all the emotions and took us with her on that beautiful Rollercoaster. It was such a healing experience.

What’s so amazing is when you’re in darkness, you only see your pain. You’re truly in a struggle, a fight or sometimes just trying to get through the next moment in numbness. You have no clue that while you’re trying to save your own life, your pain and your fight is helping others get through their darkness. I appreciate her talking about not choosing suicide for herself and her fans. Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory and Meteroa albums were the My Life album equivalent for me. As I dealt with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation for YEARS I felt comfort in knowing that Chester could articulate so well what my deepest, saddest thoughts and fears were. When he killed himself it was a devastating blow, like what chance do I have.
