Mary Kay was an amazing woman and the real thing. I wonder how she dealt with the Type 1 sociopaths in her life. These are conscienceless people who rarely do anything illegal, but they love to have a small group of people to play with and drive crazy. They are usually charming and talented...everyone loves them accept the few who are their toys. Mary Kay encourages the Golden Rule.... and she did advise one woman to turn the other cheek when that consultant had a person on her team who was more than just difficult. But they can destroy your team! It's a good idea for Mary Kay consultants to know the traits of the Type 1 sociopath, so it's easier to deal with the more than just difficult people in their lives. I wish there were more videos of Mary Kay's tips...and I'm appreciative you placed these tips up on youtube. I am taking her advice with the six steps. This is very motivational. Thank you, again. Refreshing! I want more Mary Kay tips!

I like the part about she mentioning 'everyone has 24 hours and it depends on how we use every single minute'!
