yes, I wasn't sure if they discontinued this yarn or not. I won't be making the pumpkin with this yarn, it's really pretty yarn. I will probably make a shawl. I bought a silver one of this same cake so that it will be big enough. Kindra, thanks for watching and commenting.

I follow a lady who gets Mary Maxim subscription boxes. She's been showing them for over a year. This month's box you didn't get your money's worth for sure, but that isn't typical from what I've seen. I like most that I've seen but not all. We always called those bendable craft stems 'pipe cleaners' but I think they call them sometime different now. 🤷‍♀️

The yarn is gorgeous, I love Crystal Cakes. Unfortunately, every unboxing I've ever seen for the MM monthly kits features discontinued yarn, so you can't get more (unless you hunt them down and pay a premium price...). 🙄🙄🙄 Have fun with it while it lasts! Have a great day. 🐞

yes, the ones I have seen also seem to have discontinued yarn. I hope they change that or at least make the kit better. Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm not happy with the kit this month.

@@queenscraftsbybridget thanks I completely agree, if next months isn't alot better I am cancelling it. I just got my kit for their quarterly afghan kit and I am not happy... instead of them including one of their patterns for the blanket kit they used a free pattern from Yarnspirations. It was 7 skeins of blanket yarn in an ok color. Hopefully the one in Jan for that will be better too. I also haven't had time to mske the blankets in those kits yet. I am planning to make a shawl with this cake and I bought a 2nd skein in a silver colorway to mix with this one. Thanks for watching and commenting.

It's cute but you would think that you would get everything to complete it except the hook. Not a good deal if on top of the kit you have to go and buy poly fill. Thanks for sharing. It lets us know what not to get.

@@ivettepassiglia4971 yes I agree Ivette. I have seen a few of the Mary Maxim or Herrschners amigurumi kits also not include the poly-fiberfill which I thought was odd too. I am glad it was helpful. I hope next months kit will be better...if not I will be canceling my MM monthly crochet kit club. I enjoy and find it helpful to watch othrt folks unbox their monthly subscription boxes as well to see what they got and if its worth it to sign up or not.
