@102324548958552644054 Thank You for this! I've watched it a number of times, but somehow, THIS time, I enjoyed it like it was new all over again! Always loved it tho'. Shame people can't or 'won't' enjoy it for what it is, MARY singing her songs that Diana sang lead on! Doesn't STOP it from being HER song as well. Diana sings 'others' songs', and no one says a word. Fact is, it's not 'THEIR' song, tho' they may've sung them. Songs are for anyone who wishes to sing them. Many DO Supremes' songs, and no one says a WORD! But they FOLLOW MARY because they love her and can't handle it! You DON'T SPEND that kind of TIME investing your life in people that you hate or even dislike. You simple just DON'T be bothered, or don't respond. THAT's a fact of LIFE! I'm pleased to see all the support that they aren't aware they're giving! Myself, I LOVE Mary and will always! SHE has also survived things that NONE of any of the others COULD .... by their own admittance! In fact, none of the others would even 'BE' without MARY, including Ms. Ross. We all know it's 'chemistry' that 'MAKES' or breaks an entity no matter how good they may be! But I'm glad that they were blessed with each other consecutively, and how it worked out to make them SUPREME! And THIS is a STUNNING demonstration of what Supreme Was, IS, and the results OF it! The Supremes were individuals with different aspects and expressions, but all SUPREME! Mary is DEFINITELY the 'LIFE' of the bloodline! And THIS performance is definitely FULL of THAT! Thank You!

@1989Melbourne It's a shame that by their actions Diane Ross & Berry Gordy had to tarnish the image of THE SUPREMES, but I guess that on earth the truth always finds its why to the surface and the lesson for new acts like "Destiny's Child" had been well learned and not repeated! I follow THE SUPREMES since the mid 1960's and what Motown (Berry & Diane) did to Florence Ballard and the group just to create a stepping stone for Diane's solo career is despicable!

@TWTR4EVER I just got "Where Did Our Love Go?" by Nelson George and am up to page 28... it's very well written i think and Berry Gordy's arrival on the music scene courtesy of his song writing ability - thanks to the boredom of the Ford car assembly line - is a great story... he was clearly a man in a hurry - to make a lot of money !! lol Merry X.
