They are lying! I just bought the 150 % density, 20”, 13x4” curly auburn wig from them and received it a couple of days ago (September 28, 2023.) This wig looks like it’s 100% density, 18 inches(only on the middle back, everything else looks 16”). Very disappointed!

I respect you for addressing this. These companies should honestly be reported for bait and switch or some form of deception. (Based on MY experience) When “subscribers” complain about the obvious difference in product, the KZbin/content creators either become defensive or straight up ignore the complaints. It’s a money grab and totally disrespectful. I don’t even like watching wig reviews because they’re basically lying and do NOT seem to care. I just brought a 200 density body wave wig! It is not 200 density and when u let them know they tell u to wash and blow dry it so it could fluff out. Then they tell u u can send it back if u don't wash it! Don't buy from them they are still lying and keeping ppl money!!

Thank u Mary K for highlighting this issue. I received my 1st ever wig from Julia Hair and it was not the same as what I had seen from a YT reviewer. I am not one who follows influencers, but it just so happened that I saw the wig and brought it. Big mistake!! Not only are the vendors accountable, but most influences should also be accountable for disrespecting their followers by reviewing wigs and stating that its a great wig when they know that their followers will not get the same quality. Sooo this video was right on time. I bought the reddish brown wig last year (fall 2022) after seeing your video. It was different and disappointing. I wore it for my bday - tried to straighten it … it was soo bad I had to wear a ponytail. For anniversary - I went to wash the wig and it was a matted mess. Sis my wrist hurt so bad after detangling I had to wear a brace. This is the worst wig I ever had to deal with 😡. Nah. I LOVE your heart, honesty and intention!! But how do you Ghost Buy it when your name has to be on the debit/credit card? All they have to do is a quick search to see if you're on Instagram/KZbin or already on their sent-to list. And furthermore more, they can easily see if it's the same address or area as the influencer they've sent a freebie to _before._ They can keep their influencers on a list and just take it from there. If I can easily think of options to spot you, they sure as hell can. And, YES, when it comes to money & their own personal wealth, they're sheisty enough to do it!
